Seaside Towers is a little bit of 'Old Hawaii' with the ambiance of yesteryear. Large (640 square feet) convertible one bedroom (sleeping area is isolated by a light curtain). Cooled by the natural Trade-winds... By design when built. Trade-winds come through the building, the vents in the condo door and out through the large wide open windows and side windows. (No air conditioning in this building.) Ceiling fans too.

Pool, BBQ, reserved parking. Secure. Many permanent residents in this building.

Steps to Royal Hawaiian Hotel beach, International marketplace, Ala Wai Canal promenade, Duty Free shopping area. A mix of local residents, mainland visitors and Japanese visitors living here. Very friendly building.

Wait until you see the lush greenery carpet in the common hallways!

I love Waikiki. Seaside Towers is in the center of Waikiki next to the Ala Wai Blvd. walking path and a short 2 block walk to the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and Duty Free Shops.

What makes this condo unique

Seaside Towers is a little bit of Old Hawaii with very large units, a hidden from the street pool, bbq, and building design to take advantage of the Tradewind Breezes.

Great location. Five minutes to the beach

The apartment is well kept with laundry and dryer inside the apartment. Very short walk to the beach. No air conditioning. Gets a bit hot in the afternoon but cools off by night. Parking could be a nightmare if you cannot park inside. But overall a great place to stay.

Honest, Honorable Owner/Manager/Landlord

We booked this condo sight unseen..except what was on the internet. It had everything my wife requested, except the clearly advertised lack of air-conditioning. We have been iin Hawaii, and my wife was raised there, so we know the trades can cool a place down without the a/c. It was a reasonable price and all was as advertised. The reason I give this condo a 5 star is because of the owner's integrity. We had a personal iissue and he helped us out without hesitation. I won't go iinto details, but if there is any doubt you have about the owner, I will back him 100%.

Home away from home

I have been renting from this landlord in this building for over 12 years. This is my favourite apartment in the building. Brand new wood floors on this visit made cleaning up the sand from beach trips really easy. The view out the huge windows include palm trees and the occasional bird on the railing. The building itself is very quiet but it is in the heart of Waikiki so open windows give street noise. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes along a bustling and interesting street that is very pedestrian friendly. The bus stops are half a block away giving you easy access to everything from Hanauma Bay, the Ala Moana Center, or the University of Hawaii.

I have been renting this unit every February for a number of years. It meets all of my needs - clean, nicely decorated, fully furnished, and a full kitchen, with washer and dryer. It is a quiet building, has a very nice swimming pool, and is close to many fine place to eat as well as shop. I look forward to my visit there every year. The landlord is one of the nicest people I know.
