I have lived in Barrie's east end for quite a few years now and enjoy its many benefits. Although I work in the real estate world as an agent, I have fallen in love with the hospitality industry. The Island is a very unique property. First of all there are no adjacent neighbours because it's surrounded by three streets. This provides a sense of privacy for our visitors. The home is located in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Barrie - referred to as Barrie's east end, which is centrally located to a number of amenities: schools (incl. college and university), hospital, beaches, lake, shopping, restaurants, ski resorts, walking/bike trails, and entertainment. The house location was great as we spent the majority of our time at the Ski resorts. It had easy access to the highway and with the short travel time we came back to the house for breaks during our all day pass. This helped the kids get the most out of their passes. The house was warm and inviting with a nice decor and not any personal items. The kitchen was just missing a few items but we managed just fine. I would definitely go back.
Great location, fun house. The beds were very comfy, it was just what we needed for our stay in Barrie. Shy of a few kitchen items but we made do other than wine glasses which we bought and left there for the next guests.

Loved the property and concept of the home. Very clean, well staged. Loved there was not a lot of "owner"/personal items in the house - made it feel more like "ours" and gave us space for our stuff.
Traysee and her husband were a gem to deal with, definitely would stay again.
