That is why tourist inspectors ensure that everything is adapted to the required standards. Since all our villas have licences, your privacy is guaranteed during your stay, and you can safely enjoy a carefree holiday without being disturbed! .
Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
If you like peace this is a great and beautiful spot. The house is rather more basic than the price suggests. You definitely need a car. Location is good for beaches, markets and good restaurants. There’s only one air conditioning unit which is adequate but doesn’t allow for privacy as bedroom doors need to be open. There are fans. I would have preferred more shady trees in the garden and the pool is small but suitable for children.
Spacious and clean villa with great outside kitchen. But could be improved to make stay better
This is a nice villa. It's spacious and clean as the photos suggest.
However there a couple of things we found frustrating:
1.There is only minimal paving around the swimming pool. The rest of the outside area - where the outdoor table and sun beds are situated - have no paving so when you are walking barefoot you are walking on gravel. It would be so easy to pave the whole area and we feel the owner should invest to do so
2. The pool and sun beds don't get much afternoon sun due to a huge pine tree shading the area. Another reason to extend the outside area, as above.
Also while we were staying at the property we were told we would receive receive eggs and veggies from the allotment but this only happened twice in the two weeks. It turns out the owner was away on holiday but we hadn't been told this so we were expecting something that never came!!
We did however enjoy taking the kids into the orchard to pick fruit from the fruit trees and make our own orange juice.
On the plus side, the villa is very quiet and it isn't overlooked. There's also a big outdoor BBQ and kitchen. And it's only a short drive from Cala San Vincente which is a lovely place.

• Back in 2013, the first client didn’t liked the kitchen made in Ibicencian style. In the winter 2014 new kitchen was built.
• In 2015 the owner built a pool based on a client feedback from 2014
• The last improvement on the villa was done on your feedback. The large part of the terrace around the pool is covered with artificial grass.
Do you remember the old pine tree you made a comment about? The owner applied for the licence to cut the tree. It’s a pity since the tree was very old, but “client wishes” do come first.
Regarding your comment about "receive eggs and veggies" is not fair. In the description, nowhere is mentioned the food delivery service is included in the price. The large garden has veggies and fruit trees which products guests can use for free (with respect of the food).
As a welcome, the owner provided you eggs and veggies when you arrived. This was purely a gift from the owner. It was her goodwill, not obligation.
