Waterfront townhouse condominium perfectly located for boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, Charlotte Harbor, and Pine Island Sound. Great fishing and short access to Boca Grande, Captiva Island, Sanibel Island, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa State Park, and Usseppa Island.
An island paradise with many on-site amenities. Tropical setting with two heated swimming pools, gazebo on the bay, tennis courts, 400 foot fishing pier, marina store with bait and fuel, boat ramp, and boat dockage outside your door.
Recently renovated building with a full kitchen, room for six to sleep, and a lanai overlooking Jug Creek. New furniture and conveniences added.
We stayed a month in this lovely condo. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the condo. Parking is underneath the unit, so there are stairs to the second story unit, and more stairs to floor with bedrooms and washing machine. Each condo is allocated two parking slots so boat trailer may be stored there. No other trailer parking available. Can park boat on trailer on crushed stone road in front of condo until boat can be launched. No turnaround so it is tricky turning around to go to ramp. Kitchen is well equipped and it soon felt like home. Very few people in the complex in September. Very convenient getting gas & ice for the boat from Four Winds Marina. Easy boat access to surrounding waters for fishing and beaching on Cayo Costa. Only used pool a couple of times; it is well maintained and enjoyable and a short walk from condo. While boat dock is very conveniently located behind the condo,, it does not have a boat lift so our boat did accumulate lots of barnacles and algae in the month we stayed. Wi-fi in unit and flat screen tvs. We would recommend this condo.
Short stay but enjoyable, with unit as shown in the photos. Amenities lists unscreened lanais, but off l/r and mstr. b/r both now screened. Faces east, so lovely morning coffee view of canal and Jug Creek. While we didn't use it, the kitchen is fully furnished and equipped...just bring vittles. Two pools, tennis courts, boat ramp, and scenic walking to end of road.
Four Winds Marina two minutes by car. Restaurant, fishing guides, ships store.
Look forward to returning next Summer.
Owner was helpful in booking and communication. Cannot say the same for the realty rep., but that did not detract from our stay.
Beaches if you bring a power boat. Dock included in the rent.
