About Gloria Worley
We moved to St Augustine in 1985 after touring the town and the peaceful white sandy beaches we decided that it is where we wanted to raise our children. We have been very happy here and I wouldnt move away for anything I became a Realtor/Broker in 1997 and have been selling my favorite place since then. Come enjoy the quite beach living and our charnming historic town , take a trolley ride, horse and buggy ride or stroll the history we have to offer. There is nothing like it in the US
Gloria Worley purchased this House in 2006
Why Gloria Worley chose St Augustine Beach
I fell in love with the location. This home is in the hub of the St. Augustine Beach city limits. I had my eye on this home and when it became available I bought it from the owner , it was in his family for many years and they came and surfed frequently. I gutted the house in 2006 and by 2007 it was ready for our use and all the wonderful guests that enter our doors. We have had many return guests that love to call this home for their vacation time.
What makes this House unique
I love to sit out front and enjoy the sounds of the Ocean, the early morning peaceful setting is very relaxing and having a grill in the backyard for cookouts is what I look forwrd to with fresh seafood markets nearby and a grocery store not even a mile away. My grandson who is 6 loves our house we ride bikes and walk about 200 ft away to the ocean

Comfortable on a great location
The home was as advertised, very clean and well equip with great Wi-Fi. We are walkers, so many days we walked to Starbucks, Publix, bank, restaurants, post office and of course the beach without moving our car. We walked up the beach to St. John's pier for craft show and weekly farmers market.
St Augustine is fun to visit with a great beach, and this home provides comfortable accommodations.
Very much enjoyed this cute cottage. Comfortable, and ideally located for both beach access and proximity to town and services. January weather was a bit cold to make much use of the backyard and grill/dining area, but that must be fabulous for families at other times of the year. A 2nd bathroom would make it perfect. But overall we loved the private feeling of the house, especially in contrast to the many massive, anonymous condo complexes in the area. This place had individuality and charm!
Perfect location one block from "Feet are free" beach. Friendly neighborhood, we met just about everyone on the block who watched out for us, gave sound advice about tourist traps, came to visit and sent us off with the genuine invitation to return. Conveniently close to grocery stores, churches, recreation and historic St. Augustine. Exceptional hospitality and food from the two neighborhood restaurants, Mango Mango and The Beachcomber.
Property owners Gloria and Rich are highly respected by the local residents.
The only caution...be ready for late night music from Jack's dive across the intersection. But when we told our neighbor that one of us couldn't sleep because of the music, he went over and the next few nights it was quieter.
We didn't want to leave and wish we could give this rental home 12 stars!!! This is a terrific way to learn the neighborhood and feel welcome like a local
A thousand thanks Gloria and Rich.

Loved the house. Nice deck in the backyard for coffee in the morning and cold drink late afternoon.
Lovely cottage at St. Augustine Beach
This is a lovely cottage within walking distance to St. Augustine Beach. Well located for activities and restaurants. Very clean and tastefully decorated. This is our 3rd vacation to this home and we highly recommend.
Great place to get away!
My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It never felt like we were staying in a strange place - it was welcoming and homey. The beach was a short walk down the street, and it was close to restaurants and other amenities. As my husband was spending several days surfing, it was a bonus that an excellent surf shop was right across the street. I'd recommend this place for 2-4 people looking for a beach getaway and we are likely to reserve this place again inn the future.
miniture golf is within walking distance, surf lessons, surf camp, kite boarding, volley ball, beach trolley to historic city, paddle ball, splash park. Beach pier with music on wed in the summer and other events throughout the year including farmers market on Wed, Ampitheater hosting concerts with name bands
