Love Bahia Delfín and condo 147 did not disappoint!
We have been staying at Bahia Delfin for 15 years now and the location of condo 147 is the best there is! Fernando was wonderful to deal with and got us an early check in and had a welcome basket filled with goodies waiting for us. We had another fabulous week in San Carlos!

Amazing beach condo
We had such an amazing stay. The condo was very clean, BEACHFRONT, well kept and updated with all of the essentials you need for a beach trip. Fernando even arranged a welcome basket with snacks and bottled water. He called us upon our arrival to make sure we got in ok and see if we had any questions and was easily reached for the few questions we had throughout our trip. We will definitely be staying again soon!
Clean, perfect location, 3 bedrooms, perfect sunsets
This 3 bedroom condo at Bahía Delphin was in a perfect location near the pool and closest to the beach where you could watch the dolphins jump and hear the sound of the waves. Fernando, the owner, was wonderful to deal with and made sure his condo was equipped to make our stay great for the week. We will definelty stay again.
Needs a tune up
As advertised, nice condo, good A/C and comfortable furnishings. On the downside, many light bulbs missing, broken coffee pot that gave a member of our party 2nd degree burns on his wrist, water doesn't drain from shower in second bathroom, and unsightly mold on wall in living room. All these problems could be fixed cheaply if someone made the effort. I have stayed at many condos in this facility and this one needs the most help...it was also the most expensive. Other condos in better shape can be rented for 10%-15% less.

Sorry for 2nd degree burns on the wrist on a member of your party and for any inconvenience it may have caused the coffee maker.
The coffee maker was already replaced with a new one.

You didn´t reported to me or the front desk, Any time there is an issue with anything on our property please let me know right away as I will turn in a maintenance repair and have it fixed immediately.
We had the interior of the condo repaired and painted last November so not sure why there is a unsightly mold on wall in living room and why the paint would be pealing but a I do know that the moist salt air is hard on paint.
The problem its already fixed, and the condo painted again.
Regarding that it was also the most expensive, and that there are condos that can be rented for 10%-!5% less
You know , because you said ¨ I have stayed at many condos at this location ¨ that those are condos not at the Golden Zone , not in front of the beach, not near the pool, thats why probably were cheaper .
The location of this condo, its on the Golden Zone, and it is in the best location of the Golden zone, 10 steps from the pool , 10 steps from the beach, has WI-FI, SKY , and cell phone signal, all the condos on the golden zone, are at the same price or even more expensive.
I take pride in my condo and will make sure that all maintenance issues are addressed and repaired. Again thank you very much for your review and hopefully that you had a good time in San Carlos. We hope that you visit our condo again
