The huge balcony viewing the Gulf is perfect for casual dining in the evening or just relaxing anytime. Coffee in the AM (from a incredible coffee maker that I wanted to take home with me!) on the lagoon side master bedroom balcony was awesome!
The unit was absolutely spotless and everything that you could possibly need will be there. The monster TV in the living room spoiled everyone!

I was a single mom traveling on a budget needing someone that could accomodate my budget. I love this place as did my children. So spacious and 3 master bdrms. Everyone had their own bathroom. Love the large patio outside with the glass table with lazy susan. The children insisted every meal was served on the patio table where we could eat and enjoy our ocean view. We never wanted to leave but it was definately 7 days in heaven. I cannot say enough about this condo. It had all the amenities of home. Stop searching now and contact Eddie. He will work with you to make sure you have the best vacation ever!!! PS even has barbecue grills on the property that makes it very convenient to cook your own meals.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanibel! This is a very well kept property that exceeded our expectations. This unit is located on a corner overlooking the Gulf on one balcony and the lagoon off the other. Just a short walk from the beach! Plenty of parking. We felt safe staying here since there was always a security guard walking around. The management was also very helpful. Great pool with plenty of chairs! Will definitely stay here again!!!!
The room was very nice and had alot of views of the ocean the only things that we found not excellent about the room was the distance from the beach and the depth of the pool. Everything else was great including the maintenance personnel.

Rental payments are due in full 14 days prior to the check-in date. Reservation/damage deposits are refundable within 7 days of check-out. Payments may be submitted via personal check, money order, PayPal or credit card (thru PayPal) Add 3% to the rental amount if using the PayPal/credit card option. Parking passes are $10 per each per week and are purchased in the 2nd floor office.
