The kitchen is open to the dining/living room, with large dining area, TV, working fireplace, and pool views. The entire living room opens through sliding doors to the screened porch, with another roomy dining table and separate seating area. Proximity to the living room is ideal for entertaining: opening the sliding door brings the outside into the whole living space, and island breezes fill the porch all evening. Off the porch, back stairs lead directly to the pool area.
All bedrooms feature corner exposures, bright windows, TV's, and amazing closets. The bedrooms are split, with the master on one side and two others sharing a bath. The king-sized master, with en-suite bath, opens to the back porch, as does the second bedroom. The king, queen, and twin bedrooms have equally generous light and lush landscape views. Both bathrooms are new, too!
Downstairs is an additional apartment (never rented separately from upstairs!) offering extra space, with queen bedroom, two sleeper sofas, a kitchenette and awesome tiled shower, laundry, and direct pool access.
