great holiday in Exmouth
Lovely cosy house, well equipped and nicely positioned to town and beach, WiFi was a must!
Best of Devon
Charming compact comfortable terrace house great for exploring South Devon and so close to the town center and beach. Our short break wasn't long enough.
I am glad you had a good time in Devon and at Montpellier. Hopefully we will see you back here again soon.

New year in Exmouth
A lovely, comfortable terraced house, ideal for enjoying the New Year celebrations in Exmouth. Beautifully decorated with good amenities. Great celebrations go on in Exmouth town center over the New Year which is a few minutes walk from the house,

A really nice pad in a Devon sea-side town
We have stayed here several times now and always look forward to it. The wood stove and the outside patio are particularly nice features. It is pleasantly easy to live here. Everything is modern and clean, yet the building itself feels like a cottage with everything close to hand and cosy. Several old pubs and the famous seafront are just around the corner, and walks along the coast over the rocks or the cliffs are near by. This is a really pleasant place to stay in.
Thank you for posting your review. We are really pleased you enjoy your stay at the house each time you visit. We will look forward to seeing you again soon.

A perfect place to stay in South Devon!
We LOVED our stay at Montpellier. It was very comfortable with period charm but tastefully renovated with clean furnishings and all of the modern conveniences you want on vacation. The location was fantastic too, just a few minutes walk to the shops and pubs and another few minutes down to the beach and coastal walks. It was also walking distance to the train station which was great for getting around to local villages. We would definitely recommend Montpellier to our friends.
Thankyou very much for such a lovely review. We are so glad you liked the cottage and we hope to welcome you back when you visit Exmouth again. From all the team at Eaton-Terry Clark Exmouth Holidays.
England's West Country is a temperate region where rural land is surrounded by sea. There are stunning beaches (both sandy and pebbled) and soaring cliffs provide spectacular walking. Along the coastline are many charming towns and villages - Exmouth is a vibrant seaside town with two miles of golden sandy beaches.
The town centre has pretty parks and gardens and there are numerous tea shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. For nature lovers, the Exe Estuary is a haven for bird watching and Woodbury Common - an area of heather and gorse covered pebble heath - is nearby.
Exmouth sea front has two miles of flat walking, and there are cafes and kiosks for refreshments. Within a few minutes walk is the Exmouth Marina development with character waterside buildings, shops, a restaurant and cafe. Boat trips and fishing trips leave from this location throughout the year. For walkers, the Jurassic Coast Path, Woodbury Common and Dartmoor are all within easy reach.
The new cycle track extends north alongside the River Exe, from Exmouth through the pretty villages of Lympstone, Exton and Topsham and onward to Exeter. It is possible to cycle round the Exe estuary to Dawlish (some stretches are on road). Bike hire is readily available in Exmouth.
