The villa has a wonderful view of the sea. The swimming pool area is attractive and very clean.Collioure is a lovely place to visit. Just one note - the swimmimg pool has no loungers so athough the boarding is lovely it is rather hard so take some loungers with you if you want a luxury sunbathe. We would certainly return here again.
My husband and I had a lovely relaxing week in this studio accommodation. We found it to be modern and clean with all the facilties you need for an enjoyable break. It was a joy each morning to wake up to the lovely view of a stunning blue sky against the beautiful blue sea.
The resort itself is stunning and only a 10 minute walk from the studio. We walked down each morning and enjoyed a coffee at one of the many cafes on the waters edge. You would never go hungry here, but we spent most evenings eating and drinking on the studio terrace.
Would recommend the accommodation and resort and will return ourselves
Wonderful Studio Apartment
I rented this apartment with my wife and child for one week in September. I have to say for a studio apartment it was really quite spacious. It has been recently refurbished and for us we found that it had everything that we wanted. The outside patio was lovely to sit on in the evenings with a glass of wine and made it feel even bigger. The communal pool had obviously been newly decorated as it was spotless. The pool was situated behind the studio, so very close and we did feel spoilt to have a pool as well as the beach to choose from each day. The owners were very helpful when booking and ensured that we had directions and the contact details for the local estate agent. We will not hesitate to book again for next year!

This apartment was basically furnished & cramped.
There was no internet connection available throughout our 12 day stay despite the owners assurance it would be available prior to booking. When I contacted the owner during our stay with this regard she was unhelpful & made no effort to amend this. Whilst the pool was a welcome amenity there was no seating available for guests other than the surrounding decking. Collioure is a beautiful town I will visit again but I would not return to this property.
I am very sorry you had such a bad time at our studio apartment for your holiday this year.
I have only recently started in the holiday rental business and I am very disappointed that you didn't enjoy the wonderful place that Colloiure is to its full potential. I take these reviews and feedback very seriously as I am keen to make sure that all the guests that stay there have the best possible time.
I did have the whole studio and upstairs two bed apartment renovated completely last year and although it has been put together in a clean, and simple manner, it was obviously not up to your standards for which I am sorry.
The Internet was installed as a recent addition this year in the two bed apartment and the central system. The installation was problematic (mainly due to my language skills!) and obviously had problems during your stay although has now been completely replaced and is working as it should.
The pool that is owned and managed by the complex has recently been completely renovated and unfortunately no seating is in place there. After your feedback. I will be adding some pool chairs into the studio so that next year guests can take them up to the pool.
Perhaps you could let me know how I might be able to make your memories of the experience at my holiday home better?
The villa was amazing! Exactly as the pictures showed which sometimes is not the case. There is a little walk to the town but this is enhanced by the fantastic views. The town itself is gorgeous with lots of restaurants and bars as well as fantastic beaches. We had a fantastic holiday here and our 2 children thoroughly enjoyed themselves too. Thank you!
Known as the gem of the Roussillon coast, Collioure is breathtakingly beautiful day and night. Situated on the Cote Vermeille, this is the last stretch of the Rousillion coast before the Spanish boarder, which is only 15 miles away.
There is much to see and do in Collioure from galleries and local wines to shops, boutiques and a bustling market that visits on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. The area is also well-known for its cuisine, in particular anchovies which are an embedded part of Collioure’s tradition. The town enjoys a fabulous selection of bars, bistros and restaurants, including the Michelin starred La Balette.
Collioure has a number of small coves and several sand and pebble blue flag beaches, which means that during the warm and long summer months, you can safely enjoy a cooling swim.
From April to November, the 'petit train' runs regularly every day between Collioure and Port-Vendres. The route takes in vineyards, castles and monuments as you enjoy the coastline. A particular highlight is Fort St Elme which sits above Collioure and the neighbouring Port Vendres. The Fort was built to protect the area from pirates who patrolled the waters and today offers views that are nothing short of stunning.
Back in Collioure, a further highlight is the 13th century Chateau Royal built by the Knights Templar. It provides a stunning backdrop to the harbour and combined with the natural beauty of Collioure, it has inspired many great artists, both past and present including Picasso, Matisse and Derain.
Car hire recommended to fully explore the area but with the extended range of amenities available in Collioure, which are all within a 10 minute walk and the train which connects Banyuls, Port Vendres and Argeles, it is not essential.
Nearby resorts include:
Banyuls-sur-mer - The seaside resort and marina of Banyuls-sur-mer is 8.5km away, with a pine and palm lined promenade this picturesque village is the last stop before Spain.

Argelès-sue-Mer - 7km away and stretching across 7km of sandy beach, this bustling resort is centred around the village centre; a funfair for children, a lengthy promenade for walking and many cafes and eateries.
Ski - Famously sunny (over 3000 hours of sunshine and cloudless skies) Fort Remeu lies approximately 115km away. The high altitude resort known as ‘The Queen Resort of the French Pyrenees’ boasts 58km of downhill skiing, over 100km of cross-country skiing, ski lifts starting at 6,000ft and with the largest artificial snow ski domain in Europe, Fort Remeu is especially popular for late-season snow. Fort Remeu provides choices for all levels of skier from baby slopes and ski school to black runs.
