Great and roomy! Beautiful place.
Needs a Hot Water Heater that accommodates 10 people, like a tankless, highchair available for babies. Lots of parents bring babies and cannot pack up a high chair for the beach.

Luxury Coastal Vacations
Beautiful view, great kitchen and baths . King Mattresses needs repalaced
Beautiful but not child friendly . Very large Glass coffee table also very large floor size glass vases . Made us uncomfortable for fear of breakage.
Top of line appliances and well stocked kitchen . Bathrooms were well done . Gas grill was a plus. We had to use a long lighter to light the grill .
The TWO king mattresses were worn out ! Both need to be replaced . Carpet in master bedroom was worn .
Beautiful views from the balcony and all the pools were well maintained.

Repairs were needed
Spent several days for repairs man who were either incompetent or just didn’t know how to fix the jacuzzi tub. Of course the management staff kept stating just leave and go enjoy your vacation, but there were other people besides me in the unit that had computers and phones in there. I wasn’t gonna let anybody in there without someone there. The first guy said it was the control panel. Said he would be back in an hour. Showed up 7 hours later. Didn’t fix. Management says they need a part that is gonna be over nighted. Next day guy comes in and tells me that was a lie. He pulls off tile and says he has no clue. Management says a specialist that deals with jacuzzi tubs will be there at 1 pm the next day. Doesn’t show till 4.30. Takes off tile and changes a 30 cent fuse. So I wrote a review on the management site. The management staff at Vaction beach sees the review and emails me if I take it down they will give me a credit for $300 for my next stay. I tell them I won’t be renting from them anymore and I want a credit put back on my credit card. So they in turn answer my review and slander me. So now I’ll be taking them to court.
I am the owner of Luxury Coastal Vacations, and I would like to begin by saying that we take the stay experiences of our guests very seriously, and was dismayed to receive this review. We wish we had control over when unforeseen maintenance issues will occur within a rental property we manage, but this is obviously not possible to predict. We were first notified of the issue on July 2nd at 9:05AM, when the guest called to report that the jets on one of the 3 jetted bathtubs in the unit he was occupying was not working. Our tech was at the unit within a few hours and unsuccessfully attempted repair by replacing the control panel. We called the guest to let him know that we would send our senior technician the next morning to further check the tub. We offered to address the issue while they were out enjoying their day but guest insisted that our team could not enter when he was not present. The guest was increasingly irate that he did not have working jets in one of the 3 tubs. He demanded to be moved to a different unit, which we did not have over 4th of July week.
Our technician arrived the next morning as scheduled, opened the access panel to the tub, and determined that a licensed Jacuzzi repair company would have to be contacted to repair the problem. We paid an emergency call fee to get their tech there that same day.The licensed technician was initially scheduled for 1PM, but he notified us to let us know that he was not going to arrive before 3PM, which we communicated via voicemail and email to the guest so that he would be aware. The electrician arrived at around 3:30PM and had the tub operational by around 4PM, so the jetted tub was fully operational one day after the issue was reported by the guest, which many would consider a small feat.
The guest has insulted our company, threatening legal intervention because it took 31 hours to repair jets on an otherwise usable tub. Even so, we still offered a $300 future credit to the guest, but he responded that he would never stay with us again, and instead demanded a $500 refund, which we could not accommodate. We work tirelessly to quickly resolve these types of issues, which we believe we did in the most timely fashion possible. We wish there was more we could have done to satisfy this guest. We hope that he enjoyed other positive aspects of his stay with us, and certainly wish him nothing but the very best.
