This 1200 sf lower-level two-bedroom apartment is bright and spacious. It has a large family room complete with SmartTV (DirectTv, RUKU/USB/NETFLIX/HULU ready), DVD player with movies, book nook, large dining-room with table for 5, full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware, dishes, toaster, coffee bar complete with coffee, creamer and sugar/sugar options, spices and cooking oils, iron & ironing board, full bathroom with stall shower, blow dryer, curling iron. High Speed WiFi.
Queen-size beds are located in both bedrooms and Ikea pull out sleep couch in family room. Both sleeping rooms have closets with hangers and dresser for clothing.
Private entrance is accessed through side yard on the outside of the home. It’s a two level home. The apartment is in the lower level. Parking on the street in front of the apartment.
You have access to the beautiful side garden and patio as our guest. Please do not go past portions of the yard marked “host only”. There are many herbs in the garden, feel free to use any that you want. We have some basil, rosemary and sage in that side of the garden. As well, in the small shed above the garden, at times, there may be some herbs drying, feel free to use them as well. During the later summer months, we may have some beautiful fruits and veggies to share with you, please let us know if you would like some.

The long of it is:
The private entrance door to the lower garden level 1200 sf space has a lockbox that holds the keys to the entrance. You'll have access to the keycode within 24 hours of check in.
High Speed Wifi is available.
Parking is always free on the street in front of the house, please do not park in front of neighbor’s homes.
This amazing space is the lower garden level of a house that has a private entrance door which is separate. It is newly remodeled and is beautifully appointed. Super comfy!
No pets. No smoking indoors. No tobacco smoking on property.
Self check in with keypad after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
No shoes in apartment. Quiet time 10pm-8am. No parties/events.
Due to city ordinance we are able to have at most 5 adults per night. All guests MUST provide required ID. Guests that are not registered with host and do not have proper ID are not allowed in space.
The City of Portland's policy: "As part of the management of a Type A Accessory Short-Term Rental you must keep and maintain a guest log book that includes the names and home addresses of guests, guest’s license plate numbers if traveling by car, dates of stay, and the room assigned to each guest. The log must be available for inspection by City staff upon request."
A note about the cleaning fee: the cleaning fee is to prepare the house for guest visit and to launder towels/linens and clean the bathroom. Please be sure to put all recycling in the recycling bin and trash in the trash bin. You are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and cleaning all of the dirty dishes. If trash, clothing, food, etc, is left lying around the house once you have departed, additional cleaning fees will apply.
