Why Arabelle Minard-Le chose Annapolis
Great location! Close to Downtown, without the parking hassles. Eastport is a quaint neighborhood, with lots of food and entertainment choices just minutes from our doorstep.

Great place, great owner
Amazing weekend in Annapolis. Loved the apartment, way better than the pictures lead on. Cute, comfortable, and clean!
Wonderful 2 Br apartment!!
Spacious apartment and very convenient location to visit Annapolis. Very clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area.
Very Clean, Bright & Certainly Spacious
Hosts were extremely gracious and responsive. This lower level apartment is extremely bright, multiple windows in great room and each bedroom. Lovely, fully applianced kitchen with table seating 8 or more. Walked the neighborhood each morning, close to Spa Creek Bridge for walk over to Annapolis. Would love to stay again!
Very clean, conveniently located, extra amenities
We enjoyed our stay here, finding it very clean, easy to find, and within walking distance to the Naval Base. The host left us goodies to enjoy, which was fun!
We did find it hard to be located in the host's basement (although we did have our own private entrance) as we did not have control over our own heating or water temperature and the circuit breaker kept going out while we tried to cook. The host did come over to help us, but her response time was slow. We were thankful to be able to contact them, however, and they did turn up both the heat and allowed us to turn up the water temperature and fix the breaker by ourselves. They did provide three space heaters for the apartment, which were perfect for the bedrooms but insufficient in the living room/kitchen area.
We are glad that you found your experience enjoyable overall. We tried especially hard to meet your needs when they were communicated, and are not sure why you thought the response time was "slow", as we responded accordingly within 10-15 minutes in all cases except one, which was within an hour. We are sorry to hear that the breaker tripped more than the one time we were aware of. To our knowledge, it has only happened a couple of times, but we'll look into fixing that for future guests. Most of our guests find the temperature normal, but we have provided the radiator space heaters for those who might prefer it a little warmer. We are sorry to hear that you may have been uncomfortable in the main living areas. We hope you had a great trip, and you are welcome to give us another try if you are ever in the area again. Best wishes,
Arabelle & Loc
The place was perfect for our long weekend stay. Plenty of room for 4 of us
Great location, owners were very accommodating, clean place , it had everything you could need for your stay
Thank you for your kind review! We would be happy to host you again the next time you are in town.
A perfect "home base" for your Chespeake Bay-area getaway
A delightful, spacious, well-maintained apartment, with excellent hospitality provided by Arabelle and Loc. The dining room table cozily accommodated 8 for a Thanksgiving dinner (thank you, Arabelle, for providing 2 extra chairs prior to our arrival), and the fully-equipped kitchen made entertaining our guests a breeze. Beds and linens are comfortable (large double in master bedroom, single in the other, plus a futon in the living room if you need to sleep 4), bath is modern and well-supplied, and living room has ample seating (with a work desk behind the sofa) and a large-screen TV.
The location is convenient to a great many attractions. Main St. Annapolis is about a 20-minute walk away, but there are some fine dining options within a 10-minute walk. We also were able to hop on Route 50 to Washington DC quite easily -- and in the other direction on 50 you can, of course, cross the bridge and head for the Eastern Shore for a day trip. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.
Thank you, Steve and Melanie, for staying with us over the Thanksgiving holiday! We are glad that everything went smoothly and that your friends and family enjoyed the space too. I know you only slept in the main bedroom (Queen bed), but there is a twin bed hiding underneath the other twin bed in the second bedroom (a trundle). Those two bedrooms coupled with the futon in the main living space would actually sleep six! :) (Just wanted to clarify for future guests.)
You all were quiet, respectful and clean. We would love to host you again in the future and hope to see you again!
Just blocks from several local restaurants, a coffee shop, an Athletic Club, a convenience store, and pharmacy (Rite Aid). Houses are an eclectic mix...anywhere from 1930's originals to brand new modern types. Like living in a small city with a little suburbia thrown in!
