This comfortable studio apartment vacation rental is just a short 10 minute walk from the beach in Playa del Carmen, Mayan Riviera, Mexico! Our guest apartment includes: Full Size Bed - Full size Convertible Sleep Sofa - Bathroom w Shower - Full kitchen - Refrigerator - Microwave - Blender - Toaster Oven - Coffee Maker - Two Burner Stove - Silverware - Dishes - Cable TV - Free WiFi - Hair Dryer - Iron. We are about a 5 minute walk to the Famous 5th Avenue, locally known as La Quinta. There you will find hundreds of restaurants. They serve everything from tacos or ceviche to French cuisine. The atmospheres range from sand-in-your-toes to high-end, fine dining, and you can spend as little or as much as you want. If you sit at one of the outdoor restaurants, you may be treated to live music by the strolling Mariachis. There are many excursions such as: Sky Dive Zip Line Parasail Fish Snorkel Scuba Dive Swim, Snorkel or Dive the Cenotes Ride a Horse on the Beach Tour the Jungle on an ATV Tour the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, Coba or Chicken Itza? . Perfect rental!

I love staying at this condo in Playa. It has everything you need and is an awesome location. The property manager is SO helpful and makes the stay so comfortable and easeful. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect and comfortable

This perfect one bedroom apartment has all we needed for comfortable living. The kitchen equipped with all essentials. Comfortable sleeping and nice patio to sit out and dine or relax. The location was is perfect with all you need without walking distance. The beach is just 4 blocks away. We will be back soon!!!

We Love This Property

We have been staying at these apartments since 2015 and we love them. Penny is always available at the other end of an email or on messenger, and Sergio (the manager) lives in one of the apartments so is readily available. The apartments are super, super clean and very comfortable. The wifi is dependable - something that is important for me as I work from Mexico when we are there for two-three months per year. We love having access to the (free) washer and dryer and the cable television. We don't ever miss having an oven - we use the toaster oven as needed but honestly much prefer dining out every evening - there are AMAZING places to eat in the neighbourhood - including a wonderful traditional Mexican eatery (Victor and Juanita run it) right down the stairs outside to the right. The coffee shop/bakery directly below the apartments makes the best tiramisu I've ever had in my life (it's aptly called Tiramisu). There is a fruiteria just 1.5 blocks down the street (towards the beach) where you can get the best fruit and fruit juices you will ever have. The grocery stores are also not too far - perhaps a 10 minute walk? We do not drive for the two months we spend in Playa - we walk everywhere and this is a great location. If we need to get clear across town we hop on a bus up on 30th avenue (two blocks away). I can't say enough about this space - the fact that the price is so great is definitely the cherry on top.

I am a US citizen but I spend a lot of my time here in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. My first trip here was in 1984, but I did not return again until 2004. In 2005 I decided to buy my first property here. Although I still maintain a camp in Massachusetts, an apartment in Manhattan and an apartment and a boat in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I still come here as often as possible. In addition to the local Mexicans and Mayans, you will meet people from all over the world here. We have had guests from countries like Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Holland, South Africa, Israel and others, as well as Mexico, the US and Canada. Everybody who comes here falls in love with the place, and I am sure you will too.

When ready for beach just grab your belongings and head a few blocks East to the beautiful beach and spectacular turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean
