The owners live in Surrey, England. We purchased this property for us and our family to enjoy for holidays in the sun. The picture shows our daughter and one year old grandson enjoying some late season sun on our balcony.

Why Robert Haywood chose Paralimni
The apartment is in such a good location. It is near the town of Paralimni, which is the regional capital. It is not a tourist centre, so the shops and facilities are open year round. Yet it is also near Protaras and a few kilometres from Agia Napa, two major tourist resorts. So in the summer season there is a huge choice of beaches, restaurants and attractions. It is also near the border with North Cyprus, so there is access to magnificent ancient sites such as Salamis and, further away, Kyrenia.
What makes this Apartment unique
Our apartment is a great location for a holiday at any time of year. In the winter, the weather is still generally warm and sunny so this is a perfect place for a quiet, winter sun holiday with lots of places to visit. Spring (late February onwards) brings warmer weather and longer days - and the spring flowers are out along the coastal paths. This is the time for long walks or cycle rides along deserted cliffs and beaches. Come June, the days get hot and the nights are warm and the tourist attractions are all open. Time for sunbathing and living on the beach - or by the pool. July and August are very hot. In September, the tourists leave but the great weather stays to end October. Now you have warm seas and beautiful beaches, but without the crowds. Then In November, the tourists centres close for the winter, and quiet descends on the area. But the weather remains generally warm, with some rain and cool evenings. So evenings become a time for leisure in the apartment, making use of the heating if needed.

The apartment is clean tidy well presented and maintained, quality matching oak furniture throughout. Comfatable beds and leather sofas.
The complex is well maintained along with the swimming pool however we did not use the pool during our stay. The complex was very quiet during our visit, but i suspect it gets quite busy during the peak summer weeks, The apartment is top floor and as such the large balcony on the front is in direct sunshine from first thing in the morning till around 3.30pm, not a problem to sit in sunshine after 3.30 should you wish, Just move to the balcony on the rear where you can sit till the sun goes down.The complex and apartment are easy to find even if you are not fimiliar with the area, and directions supplied are clear and very easy to follow. The apartment is about half way between Paralimni and Kapparis so I would recommend hiring a car. Having travelled to Cyprus quite a few times i hire a car online to pick up and drop off at the airport and use stevens rental cars quite competitive and no security deposit is blocked on your credit card. A taxi transfer to and from Larnaca airport will cost you around 55 to 65 euro each way so airport pick up drop off of a hire car is an easy way to save yourself some euros
Supermarkets local beaches bars and resturants are within a couple of minutes drive along with 24hour mini markets known as kiosks and bakeries selling a vast array of pastries/breads/cakes and freshly cooked meals.Should you wish to go into one of the livley resorts Protaras is around a 10 minute drive and Aiga Napa around 15 minutes.
I found Robert the owner very helpful, during our stay the internet wasnt working so i contacted Robert the issue was sorted and the internet up and running within a couple of hours.
would certainly recommend this apartment and will be booking it again ourselves for our spring break next year.
First class apartment .
Our stay at the Kronos was faultless .Situated in a quiet part of Kapparis the apartment is very well appointed with everything there needed during our stay. It has a huge balcony which is a sun trap for the majority of the day,also a smaller balcony off the master bedroom.Three large bedrooms with very comfortable beds,and a good size lounge/ kitchen.
Certainly a great place to stay ,we would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody thinking of booking accommodation in Kapparis.

Very good price quality ratio
The apartment is spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen. The pool area is ok and not crowded.
The apartment is not far from the beach, restaurants or supermarket, but if you are a family with small children you surely need a car. (we traveled with 2 kids , 2 and 3 years old...)
The owner is very pleasant and cooperative. He answered by email to all our questions and also gave us a lots of details regarding Cyprus.

Just arrived home after spending 11 days in this lovely apartment. It was very spacious and immaculately presented. The bed was really comfortable and the furnishings gave it a real home from home feel. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including a washing machine which was great because I did all my washing before I came home. The balcony which looked out over the pool was enormous with a huge table, sun beds and even a bbq. There was lots of entertainment if you fancied a night in including a selection of dvds, books and games.
Gavin from the maintenance company was very friendly and helpful when I needed a good pharmacy for some mosquito bites and he even told us about some lovely beaches to visit.
The owners Rob and Julianna gave us lots of information about the complex and surrounding area and everything you could possibly need to know including directions to the property which was really easy to find.
We had a lovely holiday and wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment and hope to stay there again in the future

Immaculate, well equipped property. Very spacious and roomy even for our elderly father. Gorgeous balcony. Plenty of bedroom space, thought of everything. Would have no qualms in hiring again in the future and recommending to others. The owners have thought of every little detail to make this a perfect stop in Cyprus.
Paralimni is the nearest town. It's facilities are open all year round. The new Southern Coastal Path starts nearby. The border with North Cyprus is near. You cannot take a hire car across the border, but a number of coach excursions are available from Paralimni to visit there. Famagusta and Salamis are near, Kyrenia is about 2 hrs journey by car.
There are a number of beaches along the cost road through Protaras and onto Ayia Napa which are major tourist areas with lively entertainment, many restaurants and activities.
Several nearby bays have watersports, as do the main beaches.
