About Ron and Meryl Rougeaux
We live in Castle Rock, Co. and love the mountains and weather here in this gorgeous state of ours. Our children are grown but enjoy coming home to the mountains as they both live out of state now with one living in Los Angeles and the other in Seattle.
Ron and Meryl Rougeaux purchased this Condo in 1997
Why Ron and Meryl Rougeaux chose Lionshead Village
When we bought our unit we were looking for a place that had tennis courts and swimming pools as both our children were top tennis players in high school and love the water. The location of our condo is great... being that we could walk to the gondola and even come back to the unit for a lunch break if we chose to.
What makes this Condo unique
Our unit is unique that is off a semi private hallway from the lobby maki g for a very quiet location. Quick easy to get to pool and spa area. No waiting for the elevator as we are on the main floor. Also easy exit to outsidefrom hallway especially nicefor summer. Also such a warm bright unit.

Easy access to the slopes. The amenities were nice!
Week in Vail 2020
Beds were super comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Had to walk about two blocks to Gondola. Bus stop was right in front of building. The only thing I wish had been included ij the price would be at least a midweek housekeeping, this had to be paid extra if needed. I would stay again.
Great “close in” location
Nice property with all the amenities. Location was perfect 👌. You can walk to the Lionshead gondola in 5 minutes, or take the bus. It stops right out front and drops 5 minutes later at the gondola.
Staff and facilities were very nice... nice gym facilities and locker rooms. The pool and hot tubs were fabulous.
Great location with easy in/out access
Great spot to spend time in Vail. Walk to everything and great parking underground.
I had a conference in Vail and the family stayed at the condo with two small children. The condo was perfect. The Front desk handled all our needs, including bringing a high chair. We also loves fresh local coffee available all day!Could not beat the location. Overall wonderful stay!
Vail Mountain is one of the most re known ski resorts in America. Most people come to Vail ski during the winter for skiing and winter sports, although the summers are becoming extremely popular as almost every weekend there are Art Festivals, framers markets, music festivals, etc. Lots of mountain biking, hiking, whitewater rafting too.
