Come enjoy Seattle's most popular neighborhood in your open and stylish new townhome.
We lived in this house for three years before sharing it with travelers. You cannot beat the balance of urban excitement and the serenity of neighborhood life. You can hang out on the big rooftop deck with mountain views or walk or bike 4 blocks to Ballard's main drag (walkscore of 91).
About the neighborhood:
Seattle Metropolitan Magazine named Ballard Seattle's hottest neighborhood in 2017 for a reason. It's home to tons of trendy bars and restaurants, and the house is less than 1 mile from 9 local craft breweries. Ballard is known for coffee shops, boutiques, the huge year-round Sunday Farmers Market, and numerous fun bars and breweries. It's a short 10 min Uber to downtown, Pike Place Market and other great neighborhoods like Fremont. This is a prime location for your exploration of all Seattle has to offer!
Ballard is a hip waterfront neighborhood with trendy restaurants, boutique shops, bars and craft breweries centered on historic Ballard Avenue.
The town home is all yours. It has beds for 6 guests plus air mattress for up to 8. You will have full access to everything available on site. There is parking, high speed free WIFI, fresh bedding, laundry machine and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and serve in your urban retreat.
My husband Michael and I are both very accessible via text, email or call. We live just a few blocks away, and are happy to help with anything.
The house is about 30 minutes from SeaTac Airport. It is just 5 blocks from 55th Ave NW, Ballard's main drag. It's also 5 blocks from the Express bus line that goes through downtown Seattle. Uber and Lyft is always 1-2 mins away and it's a 10 minute ride to the space Needle, or Pike Place Market. There are also always plenty of bicycle share bikes nearby with the famous Burke Gilman biking and jogging trail about 1/2 mile away. If your feeling adventurous, the trail goes all the way to Woodinville wine country.
