Looking for vacation rentals in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas? Call now to reserve one of historic Eureka Springs most memorable vacation homes... Rock Haus Lodge.
Rock Haus, delightfully reminiscent of a European chalet, is built from authentic Ozark native limestone. Experience timeless southern comfort, Ozarks style, in a true home. We know, it's where we raised our family!
We have thoroughly restored our rock house - artfully preserving the original character while adding modern conveniences for enjoyable country living in the 21st century.
Approximately 15 to 20 minutes away are Beaver Lake and the White Rivers to the west, Table Rock Lake at Holiday Island to the north, and the Kings River to the east. Rock Haus is conveniently located on 25 private acres a quarter mile outside of the Eureka Springs city limits.
For a little eco-tourism closer to home, a quarter mile laid-back walk (or drive) along our seasonal rocky-bottom clear water creek will lead you to Black Bass Lake Park. It features a 13 acre spring-fed lake on 60+ acres and a 2.5 mile hiking trail.
If shopping, dining, and entertainment are important to you as well, you're in luck. Rock Haus Lodge is only 2 miles, 4 minutes to the heart of historic downtown Eureka Springs.
Rock Haus is the perfect setting for exceptional experiences and extraordinary memories.

About Suzanne Kline / Facebook> Rock Haus Eureka
Rock Haus was our Kline family home until the fall of '06 when we moved out to prep Rock Haus for rentals beginning in 2007. My daughter Sigrid and son Forrest live in Maui. My family moved from Shreveport LA to Eureka in 1992, becoming shop owners for 17 years. I then migrated to The Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce from 2009-2014. Currently on the plate is Rock Haus Eureka (11 years!) ... renovator/partner of Mountain View Apartments ... and 'Mom' to my 12-year-younger special needs sister, Holly. Suzanne Williams Kline

Why Suzanne Kline / Facebook> Rock Haus Eureka chose Eureka Springs West
The Klines bought Rock Haus as their personal home after searching for nearly three years for something just right. Being so close to town, it was perfect for raising the children near their schools and friends. But . . . the privacy and acreage provided a quiet setting, as if out in the country. The features of Rock Haus were unique, authentic, well-preserved, and unlike any other home in their thorough 3-year quest. Suzanne's picturesque, homestead vision had materialized.
What makes this House unique
Situated on 25 acres on a private road, Rock Haus is only 2 miles from the heart of historic downtown Eureka Springs. It is only 1/4 mile easy walk or drive to Black Bass Lake, a city owned park/lake with a 2.5 mile hiking trail around the lake. Rock Haus has one-of-a-kind, original 1800s architectural features that have been extremely well maintained. With the local owners keeping oversite of Rock Haus, cleanliness and guest satisfaction are at the top of the list.

Beautiful Home in the Heart of the Ozarks
Our stay in the fascinating Rock Haus was great! It has all the required amenities as well as lovely bedrooms that accommodated our family quite comfortably. The house is located in a magical valley, right at the edge of Eureka Springs, making it convenient to so many wonderful adventures in and near the town! We had a wonderful time!
Delightful Getaway
We have lived and traveled all over the world and count RockHaus as one of the most special settings we have experienced. It is truly unique and Suzanne's presentation and decoration of the property is superb. You are literally in the heart of Eureka Springs, yet a million miles away.
Can't wait to return.
Second stay just as great as the first!
This was our second stay in the Rock Haus, and it is such an amazing place! The upgrades since our last visit made it even more comfortable than the first. A great location to close to town but also so removed and quiet. I think we could sit outside this house every day and never get tired of it. Suzanne is a wonderful host and the house has everything anyone could need. There is just one drawback - I don't think she wants to sell it to us! :)
Quiet, beautiful setting. Very clean.
The house and grounds were beautiful. Very quiet and just a short drive to downtown. We were welcomed with music playing and the fireplace on. The home is cozy and so well appointed. Hope to return in the fall or spring for seasonal colors!
Beautiful
Charming property, beautiful setting and not too far from downtown of Eureka Springs.
An Amazing Christmas Stay at the Rock Haus
This Christmas we (my wife, college aged daughters(2) and my parents) decided to get away and spend Christmas in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. It turned out to be the best decision we have made in a long time. Mostly due to the Rock Haus and the experience we had staying there. The house is wonderful! Every detail is a representation of the love and care that has been shown to the home and in turn to the visitors staying there. We arrived in the evening and the house was beautifully lit and so inviting. It did not take us long to settle in and feel right at home. Suzanne has provided everything anyone could need in the home, even going so far as to decorate the home for the holidays. Getting comfortable is not a hard task. The bedrooms were wonderful and the living room was so cozy we found ourselves spending a lot of time in the evenings watching movies and having fun. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. We enjoyed our morning coffee and made breakfast there every morning. The bathrooms were perfect for the six of us and we enjoyed the beauty of the downstairs bathroom immensely. Our first night it snowed. This was a wonderful addition to the landscape which already took our breath away when we walked it the first morning. The only thing better would be seeing the property in the Fall... and the Spring and Summer! The Rock Haus is only minutes away from any attraction in Eureka Springs, but the moment you turn down Oil Springs Road, you are immediately away from the tourist hustle and bustle and secluded in a snug valley. We cannot recommend the Rock Haus enough. It will enhance any trip you take to Eureka Springs, Arkansas and most likely you will find that is the only "attraction" you need.
Location
Rock Haus is located in a creekside valley on 25 private acres, yet only 2 miles from the heart of historic downtown Eureka Springs. A 1/4 mile easy walk or drive from Rock Haus is the 13 acre Black Bass Lake, a city-owned lake with a 2.5 mile hiking trail. Beaver Lake ( west ) and Table Rock Lake ( north ) are both about a 15 to 20 minute drive. The Kings River is about a 20 minute drive to the east.
