We LOVE the coast, there's no getting around it. The ocean, the inlets, the island, the history, the beach, the seafood, the sun, the waves, the sunrises, the sunsets - There is simply no place like it!! 4 years ago, our family bought our dream beach house on the Edisto Island, SC, outside of Charleston. We have enjoyed updating this home to make it comfortable for our guests and our family. We look forward to getting to know you and your family, and our hope is that each stay at our home is restful, rejuvenating, and full of picture perfect memories to last a lifetime.

We knew from the moment we saw the listing that we wanted Pelican Alley. If you are going to spend time and money to be at the ocean, isn't it a massive bonus to see the ocean at any time? We think you'll agree, don't rent a house at the ocean that you can't see the ocean from!
What makes this Cottage unique
The house is directly across from beach access 9. Easy for families with kids to go to and from. Under house outdoor shower makes cleanup a breeze!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
