Plan 'B' was designed and built to reflect classic Cape Cod architecture. It is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Walton County, in the community of Sunrise Beach. The community is enclosed in a private /gated neighborhood on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. South of 30A at the south east corner of 30 A and 393. Less than a 1 minute walk from the front door to the private board walk. Wonderful views of the gulf from both inside the 1st and 2nd floor and our large wrap around decks.
Plan B is just under 3000 square feet of living area with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1 King Master and 2 Queen Bedrooms upstairs, 1 King Master downstairs. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. In all, the home comfortably sleeps 10.
Plan 'B' is completely furnished with all of the expected amenities. The house is tastefully decorated by interior designer Stan Moser from Memphis, TN with a splash of traditional flair and color, and some of the quirkiness, of a relaxing and happy beachside vacation home. The furnishings are truly unique and are complimented with the beauty of antique furniture and accessories by local artist throughout. Gas Fireplace in the Living room for those cool Fall and Spring mornings. There are TV'S & DVD's in each of the bedrooms, as well as the living room.
The kitchen is fully furnished. All you need to bring are the goodies! Full size washer and dryer upstairs. There is parking available for 4 full-sized vehicles. BBQ Grill along with Rosemary bushes for those outdoor Chef's. Fenced yard for our 4 legged guests.
We just returned from a week at Plan B. The photos are accurate and this house really is as nice as they say it is! We had a fantastic time!! Phyllis and Parti Weems are hands on owners who truly care about their property. It has plenty of room for an active family. The location is superb – close to restaurants and so many fun things to do but not in the really crowded area of 30-A.
The house truly has everything you need --- from beach umbrellas and beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials you need to cook a great meal. Nice mattresses on all the beds! The upstairs deck with the hammock was a great place for mornings and afternoons – great view of the beach from up there. Very quick walk to a great section of beach.
This was our first time at Plan B but it will not be our last!
We have stayed in so many VRBO rentals over the years but this is my favorite for our family. It's roomy and decorated so nice. The kitchen is well stocked and has lots of little extras! It is a really short walk to the beach and has a view of the beach. It's also close to so many restaurants and shopping including the outlet mall. Phyllis is very sweet to work with. I can't say enough nice things about this house. We loved it! It was our second time to stay here but sure it won't be our last!

This was our first time to stay at Plan B. What a lovely home and wonderful owner. Phyllis has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. It is a great place for adults, grandchildren, and dogs!
We have stayed in Sunrise Beach before, so we were familiar with the neighborhood. We knew it really was "just steps to the beach". However, we have never encountered an owner such as Phyllis! She went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our vacation wonderful! We are making our plans for August 2015!
