2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment with a Lift In An Historic Building
About Nic Beeby
I am English and have connections with Tuscany in Italy. I wanted to have an apartment by the sea where I could go around the coast to Italy or indeed the other way as far as Spain. It is also great to travel up into the mountains behind Nice. I wanted to be able to walk everywhere with all the conveniences of the old town at my fingertips. 100 years ago the high season was in January and February because the climate and the light was so wonderful. I love to be in Nice as I feel rejuvenated!
Nic Beeby purchased this Apartment in 2000

Comfortable stay in a great location
Our family of 4 (with 2 young kids) had a fantastic stay here. It could not have been a better location, and the apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a large playground within a few minutes walk, carousel around the corner, and several family friendly restaurants...as well as a short walk to the Sea. The parking lot across the street was very convenient, and our neighbour was incredibly kind and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in Nice and this lovely apartment. Great location and had everything we needed.
Great location in Nice!
Nic’s place is in a great location! Close to everything including transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Nice is a great spot to explore as well as a great central place to see other towns in the area within 1-2 hours drive. Nic’s apartment was comfortable and roomy.
Excellent flat in the old town.
Nic's flat is ideally placed in the old town, being very close to the market, many restaurants and the sea front.
The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We spent a very happy week there in October and hope to return in the future.
Many thanks Mike, I am glad it did the trick!! Come back soon! Nic

We enjoyed our stay last year so decided to book again for this year ... the location is great and the apartment affords tempting glimpses of both the sea and the town ... overall it is very comfortable and we shall be booking again

Amazing central apartment in Nice
Fantastic location, we got the bus from he airport and it’s litera round the corner from the stop. It’s very handy for all amenities, a supermarket and boulangerie a few hundred yards away. Also very close to the old town and the market which is just fantastic - even if don’t buy anything it’s a great place for people watching. The apartment itself is gorgeous - great views from the twin room to the square at the back. The kitchen has everything you need and the master room has a fab ensuite. The living space is ample (with a view to the sea!) and a big round table which allows for family style dining. Lots of helpful guides are provided, there’s a folder with all handy information which did come is use! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
Thank you Alice, you obviously used the apartment and its location to the full! Come back soon.
Nice, the Queen of the French Riviera, is at the very heart of life on the spectacular Côte d'Azur.
Founded by the Greeks and colonized by the Romans, Nice's temperate winter climate and verdant subtropical vegetation have been attracting visitors for centuries.
It has a lovely warm and sunny climate, good beaches, interesting museums and galleries as well as an atmospheric street life. The 12 day Carnival in February is an explosion of celebrations culminating in a spectacular firework display.
Nice was Italian until 1861, and the pastel façades and balconies of the Old Town have a distinct Italianate feel. It lies at the eastern end of the Bay des Anges, at the foot of the hill still known as the Chateau for the castle that once stood here.
The Old Town is the most vibrant part of Nice, with its narrow streets, which are packed with boutiques, galleries, artists' studios. Nice's beautiful Opera House is situated here with a varied menu of Opera, Ballet and Classical Concerts.
At the centre of the Old Town is the Cours Salaya, the daily morning market bustling with flowers, fruit and vegetable stalls which make way in the rest of the day to cafés, bars and restaurants.
