Looking for a great retreat for the entire family? Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is your answer. Located on the more desired west end of Panama City Beach where you will not find any high rises or congested beaches. Sunnyside's property is spacious and low density. Sunnyside B & T Resort has over 20 acres with 315 feet of sugar white beachfront. Our beach front still remains in its natural pristine state giving you the privacy you desire while on the beach. The condominiums are located directly across the street in a horseshoe fashion directly facing our private beach. Even though the traffic is light on the west end of the beach, for your convenience there is a well lit pedestrian tunnel underneath the road providing a passageway to the beachside gazebo, sitting area for watching the sunsets, and our spacious beachfront. Even though you're at the quiet end of Panama City Beach you're still close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, biking, hiking, not to mention all the water fun whether you're in the pool or the gulf. To the West you're only a short drive to Scenic 30-A, home to many upscale shops, restaurants and communities such as rosemary beach, seaside and watercolors. Going east takes you to the fun spots of Panama City Beach including the new Pier Park. Remember, here you are not inconvenienced with roaming the parking lot looking for a space then hiking to your condo or having to hassle with elevators. Park in your reserved parking just steps away from your front door.

We had a great time. This condo allowed us to bring our dog which was a huge plus. The condo is far enough from the action for a more private beach experience and only a few miles from the action if you want a more lively time. We went to the Pier Park area during the day and it was perfect. The kids parasailed, the dog had fun, there was food close by. Great area if you bring Fido. The condo itself was very well stocked - even had dish soap, laundry soap, items to take the beach (chairs, etc.) I don't believe I have stayed in a condo with so many things to make you comfortable. The accommodations (pool, pool table, ping pong) were nice but they do charge you for the ping pong and pool table. Our boys had fun just throwing a football in the courtyard. It is located very close to two grocery stores, CVS, and not far from any restaurant. This was a very comfortable rental.
My Best Friend and I took our two 13 year old daughters for a week getaway. What a blessing to have found this condo! Right off the beach, no drunk college crowd, families with young teens our kids became friends with, and comfy, clean accomodations! What more could we have asked for? Close to plenty, the girls did the Panama Dunes ropes courses and zip Lines and loved it! We shopped, we ate, we swam, we tanned. Absolutely wonderful and relaxing! Thanks so much!
The owners gave an accurate description regarding the location. The photos accurately reflect the apperance and amentities in the condo. The property was very clean and well-maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and was definitely a great choice of location for a family of five. The owners were very helpful with all questions that we had. They were very trustworthy. We gave them a cash security deposit and they returned it quickly into paypal just as they said they would. We really enjoyed eating at Spicy Noodle. It was reasonably priced and the food was wonderful! There was plenty of room for my family of five plus my puppy. I appreciate the condo being pet friendly because we do not travel without our puppy. I would recommend this condo to anyone going to the beach!
We have stayed at Sunnyside many times before, but this was our first time in this particular unit. It was very well furnished and we had a grand time! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, but it is especially great if you have kids. Our boys (including the grown boys) really enjoyed the Playstation.
Sunnyside is the perfect place to get away from all of the hussel and bussel of daily life, yet be close enough to fun, sun, and greatest dining at the beach. Unit was like being at a home away from home. Very clean and neat.. comfy sofa and very soft towels. Unit is in a great location across from pool and tennis courts and short walk to the beach. It was a wonderful Spring Break!
Our hats off to the owner....just like you described....this is on the quiet end of Front Beach Rd and we were very pleased with our neighbors. Everyone was very friendly, there are lots of places to eat and although we stayed during spring break weekend, we were far enough away from the crowd to really enjoy the beach. Looking forward to sending our other friends to you as well.
