Very bright apartment, with an area of 60 m2 including 2 bedrooms, with seagrass on the ground. On the 4th floor, facing south without overlooked (very sought after), you will find the seaside spirit offering all the comfort to satisfy your stay.

DESCRIPTION: Double glazed windows and smoke detector.
Fully equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker ...). In a workshop style, the colors of the equipment contrast to make you want to be at home.
Living room with sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player and some board games.
Shower room with shower and sink.
Separate toilet. Washing machine.
2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (140X190) and the other with 2 bunk beds (90X190) Sober and perfectly insulated, seagrass on the floor, the walls are white associated with paneling. In each bedroom there is a wardrobe.
You have the possibility to rent the sheets and to refrain from the constraints of cleaning at the end of your stay:
. sleeps for 2 people 20 €, for 3 people 30 €, for 4 people 40 €,
. cleaning at 50 €.

INTRA MUROS will guide you along its ramparts towards the shops, restaurants, its walk (twice / week in the Halle au Blé at the foot of the building), its beaches etc ..., you can embark to go either in DINARD or towards the Anglo-Saxon islands, you will thus benefit from all the seaside activities (thalassotherapy, sailing ....).
Without forgetting the CASINO, the GRAND AQUARIUM, the MONT ST MICHEL ....
You will cross the narrow alleys to discover the beauty of CITE CORSAIRE ... but beware of the Dogs of the Watch!

Un appartement sympa

Monsieur Lemmonier a un appartement sympa dans les murs de Saint Malo, lequel est située à la dernier étage. C'est très facile de visiter tout les choses il y a à faire à Saint Malo quand vous restez dans cette appartement. Monsieur Lemmonier était facile de communiquer avec, attentif à notre questionnes et rapide à répondre. Si vous aves des enfants, l'appartament a un chambre pour eux, avec un lit superposé. Il n'y a pas un ascenseur, donc, il faut apporter votre valises par l'escaliers.

Séjour à Saint-Malo

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour aidé en cela par le beau temps. L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé bien que très haut perché ! Connaissant déjà Saint-Malo nous l'avions choisi pour son emplacement et ses 2 chambres. Très bon contact (par sms) avec le propriétaire et accueil sympathique assuré par Laurent.

Grandes marées à St L-Malo

Séjour très agréable à st Malo, l'appartement est très bien situé dans la cité corsaire.Appartement spacieux et hôte très réactif. Je recommande sauf pour ceux qui ne peuvent monter 4 étages à pied ...Très bon rapport qualité prix.
