This is one our two dune access homes we own in the area. Check out Timber Dunes #696644.
The house is a 30 minute drive north of the world renowned Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, and only 10 minutes from the North Bend Municipal Airport.
Our smoke-free custom-built lodge style home is settled amongst the majestic pines over looking the peaceful Maud Lake in North Bend. Our home is completely furnished with rustic log furniture, soft leather couches and a large myrtle wood dining table and extremely comfortable beds. The placement of the home lets you enjoy spectacular views of the lake from almost every angle. Relax outside in an Adirondack chair out on the spacious deck overlooking the calm lake. Take time to start a fire in the sunken fire pit on the patio, made of pavers, while enjoying the beauty of the Oregon Coast. Barbecues just taste better in this tranquil alpine setting.
For the ATV enthusiasts, our house is situated just over the dunes from miles of Oregon beaches. In fact, you can ride ATVs from our driveway to the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area less than one-tenth of a mile away. The Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area is over 300,000 acres of untamed and exhilarating dunes; perfect to make memories that will last forever! The two-car garage has plenty of room for storage. Rent ATVs from nearby Spinreel Dune Buggy Rentals, Rides and Sightseeing tours.
Maud Lake is connected to a larger lake called Saunders Lake. It is an ideal place for fishing. The lakes have both stocked and native trout. There are three kayaks on-site that can be used to explore the lakes or to float around lazily. The lodge is located just a few miles from Tenmile Lake one of the most popular recreational lakes in the area. Please remember to bring your life vests we have only a few varied sizes.
