Two guests can tranquilly sleep in the cozy queen size bed and a 3rd person/child can sleep on a twin sleeper sofa.. The second guest room brings to mind the green hues of the sea and morning yellow of sunrise. It too, is furnished with an ensemble of white-washed plantation shutter inspired pieces. Two guests will easily find a space to relax into their dreams on the comfortable Queen size bed. The guest bathroom with glass enclosed shower is shared by both guest bedrooms. The queen sofa bed in the main living area, sleeps 2 more.

Private laundry room is located off the main living area.

Take a morning wake-up dip or salute the day's sunset with an evening of relaxation in the private heated pool overlooking the waterway. Watch closely, you might even catch the dolphins and manatees at play. Got a pole? Fishermen/women can try their hand at catching the local sea life from the backyard dock area. Bring your boat, and explore the many mangroves of the 10,000 Islands or set your unobstructed course for the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Very quiet and relaxing

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for a peaceful place, away from the traffic and crowds during Spring Break, you have found it. My wife and I spent several days here for "alone time". It's nice to sip coffee on the deck and watch the boaters heading out and back. Close to groceries and dining. I highly recommend this.

security deposit problem

  • 4 of 5

we stayed at this property and had a problem with the return of our security doposit. today we did receive our full refund. we really appreciate it. again the house was lovely and the area was very nice.

Owner's Response: Beth, we are glad you received the additional part of your security deposit. We collect a security deposit to help offset any damage done to our property, by a renter. When we find any damage, the security deposit needs to be held, until costs are confirmed, after seeking parts or repair, and the work is done. This causes a delay in the return of a renter's security deposit. We are fair homeowners and appreciate when our renters understand our responsibilities. Once again, appreciate your kind words about our house.

problem with security deposit refund

  • 3 of 5

we rented this house with my brother and sister-in-law in march 2014. the house was lovely and we left the house very neat. we were home about a month and realized we had not gotten our security deposit. back. When I called, they said we had broken one of the refrigerator shelves and were waiting for the bill. they sent a picture of it. we absolutely did not break it and we were'nt even notified of it. if we had broken it, we would have notified them when we returned the keys. the picture showed the broken piece sitting on the shelf, so we would have said something knowing they already have our deposit. i have rented houses before where i have cleaned the entire house before leaving and the owners were so appreciative. we are honest people and was not happy with the way this was handled. either they have the wrong week that this happened or the cleaning service did it. still waiting for remainder of security deposit. will not rent here again. we also paid for the pool heater but pool water was not very warm and the pool is always shaded. the pool does not get any sunlight :( which was disappointing since the week we were there was not very warm (70-75).

Owner's Response: Beth, we appreciate your nice comments about our house and happy you enjoyed your stay. Since we are unable to determine who broke the frame of the glass shelf, we are returning the $65 balance of your security deposit that was held back. As for the temperature of the pool, there is a knob on the pool heater, outside the lanai, that our guests control the temperature of the water. We are sorry you did not use it, it would have made a difference for you. Our pool gets some sun, depending on the weather and time of year. We find the pool shady, it is a nice reprieve from the hot Florida sun. Thank you again for staying at our Marco Island house.
