This pleasant three bedroom, two bath Condo in Estados South is your perfect getaway destination.

With vaulted ceilings, this single story condo provides all of the amenities needed for rest and relaxation. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating to hang out and watch your programs on the flat screen TV, or just relax with guests. The outside patio features a dining table and four chairs. With additional outdoor seating, you’ll want to sit outside in the evenings and entertain while taking in the spectacular mountain views.

In the evenings, you can retreat to one of the three bedrooms. On the West side of the condo you’ll find two bedrooms. Bedroom one offers two twin beds, while bedroom two offers a queen size bed and a TV. On the other side of the condo you’ll find the master suite featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a separate master bathroom.
Just down the outside hall you’ll find one of two pool and spas. Located close by the larger pool is the laundromat. There are also two tennis courts on property.

Located a few blocks away are the Indian Canyon Public golf courses and Indian Canyon’s Country club. Shopping and Dining are as close as a 5 minute drive.
