Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
Christina and John Lynch own and manage this property. We used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so we can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.
Owner purchased this Condo in 2001
Why Owner chose Historic District
Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River. It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district. Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.
What makes this Condo unique
The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District. The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.

Great location and space. Perfect for our visit to Annapolis. We were there during a very hot spell and the air conditioner couldn’t really keep up.
Awesome Second Stay
This is my 2nd stay at Christina's wonderful condo. 2 years ago, I had a wonderful girls' getaway here with my friends, and this year I stayed with 3 family members. Needless to say, they all raved about how wonderful indeed the condo was; it cannot be overstated that this rental is in an ideal perfect location for exploring Historic Annapolis. We walked EVERYWHERE. The condo is spacious, clean and very comfortable; and the rooftop deck is the icing on the cake! Christina is an absolute gem of a person/rental owner/host; communication with her and the check-in process was seamless and worry-free. I'm hesitant to give too much praise, in fear of the secret getting out and this rental becoming harder to book in the future! I will undoubtedly choose to stay here each and every time I return to Annapolis and will recommend this rental to other friends and family looking for the perfect place to stay in Historic Annapolis.
Very conveniently situated close to Main street, the place is spacious, clean, quiet and can easily accommodate 6 persons. The large balcony is a very nice feature. Stairs and absence of private parking was not an issue for us but may need to be taken in consideration by some. Communication with the owner was easy and cordial. Thanks, Christina for the great experience. We will be back!
Our First Time Visit

Nice accommodations and perfect location.
Long Weekend/Lacrosse Tournament
We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & the weekend was great! House location was great & had plenty of room for 6. Would love to come back & stay again.
In the heart of historic Annapolis, there are walking and riding tours of Colonial Annapolis, and an easy walk to the Naval Academy, City Dock, Annapolis Harbor, and the State House. Carriage rides and ghost tours as well.
