Nice rental, very well-equipped with everything you may need. Short walk into town. Would rent again.
It was an easy process to rent. Price was reasonable. We had 8 adults & 3 children staying. Had plenty of room to play, visit & sleep. Was good location for everything we wanted to do. Beautiful town of Nederland, CO
Great get away
Charming home in a great location. Would definitely stay there again!
Wonderful family vacation!
We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The house was walking distance to great restaurants and coffe shops. We really enjoyed our family time together!
Great In Town Location
This was a well kept property close to town. It made it easy to visit shops and restaurants with our two small grandchildren. They really like the covered bridge. All the different bedroom options was good for our extended family. The kitchen was well equipped, but the layout was a challenge for more than one person to work. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer, especially with the young kids along. However, going to the local laundromat enabled us to find the winery right next door and get to know a couple of the locals. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
This house is awesome and just like the pictures! We cooked a lot and their kitchen had everything and anything you needed. Watching the foxes play outside was a bonus. Loved walking across the street to Nederland. Locals were all very nice as well. Great location to everything. Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park were all close to drive to. Loved it!
Sharon and Paul were great guests, left our place in excellent condition, many thanks! Come see us again anytime.
