Why Karen Barnett chose Birmingham
Lovely Home and Neighborhood has large deck partially covered for food prep and a very private green space for dining or chilling out. We are Located 5 minutes from Crestline Village in Mountain Brook, or Mountain Brook Village. A bike ride is ideal. Can meet people at the Clocks in each village and walk to everything, casual or fine dining. Get ice cream at Mountain Brook Creamery, go to Japanese or Botanical Gardens or over to the Birmingham Zoo. Shops, Grocery be sure to check out Western Super Market. Just across the way is our famous statue Vulcan with a great view of the city of Birmingham.
What makes this Cottage unique
Golf communities are nearby as well as hiking, trails and parks. Railroad Park in Downtown is great anytime but my favorite is the evening time close to sunset when the city skyline is your backdrop Regions Field for Baseball is also there. Or check out the Rotary Trail for walking, bikes or skate boards, The city has rental bikes at various stations thru-out the city. If you are here to look for a permanent home their are plenty of Realtors to show you around including myself.

Charming Home in a Great Neighborhood
Stayed here for four nights while we were in town for an event at the Barber Motorsports Park. The location is great. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is close to everything. The kitchen has all the conveniences you need. Both bedrooms are a nice size and there are two bathrooms. Plenty of space for three adults. We didn't have a chance to use the beautiful outdoor space. Maybe next time! Karen made checking in and out easy and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this charming home!
Great cottage in a very quiet neighborhood. A small creek in the back and very cozy.
