NO BETTER DEAL TO BE FOUND FOR THIS EXQUISITE HOME! See the pictures given here, and then email us ( for any possible discounts. Only about 150 steps to the beach off the back property line. Home has 4 bedrooms--2 king master suites, queen bedroom, bunkbed room, with 3 and 1/2 baths. Two separate living areas have queen sofabeds for extra sleeping. Enjoy foosball game and also a pool-table in separate parlor.

Absolutely wonderful--lovely tile and wood floors, quartz and marble countertops, and filled with top-quality furnishings with a beach theme throughout the home. Relax and enjoy the beautiful large pool and jacuzzi area with large charcoal grill and picnic table. Great view of the beach from both back balcony porches; two front porches face the bay. Outdoor fish-cleaning station and shower with parking under the home. Five TVs--plenty for everyone with two DVD players!

Why Scott and Brenda Beigle chose Gulf Beaches

We LOVE St. George Island! We rented many a home on the Island and were so glad we could finally have our own in 2007. We love the ocean and enjoy a much more quiet and less crowded beach than at other typical vacation locations where there are many high-rises and a lot of traffic.

What makes this house unique

We really tried to make our home as nicely decorated as possible. We hear many times that our home is even nicer than it looks on the pictures. Plus, we have a larger pool and pool area than most houses on the Island.

Big Stone Lake

Lovely, spacious, well-appointed home with easy access to the beach.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed a long weekend here one week before Christmas. We found everything to be in order and as expected. It was too cool for the pool, but the hot tub was great! SGI is so small that anything we had forgotten was easily picked up. Our main activity was walking - the beach, the State Park - and playing games indoors, but in a warmer season there would be plenty of recreation opportunities. Brenda and Scott were easy to work with and responsive to our questions. Would stay again.

Beach Dayz

This is by far the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The house is large and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for all guests. The kitchen had ample amounts of dishware and cookware, including "non-breakables" for the kids. In addition, it has just about every appliance you could possibly need. We greatly enjoyed the pool, which is just out the back door, and the hot tub as well. We are regulars to Panama City Beach every year, but will likely make St. George our new family destination. The beach is pristine and uncrowded. All of the little shops and restaurants are so cute and welcoming to visitors. Two of our kids attend college in Tallahassee, so this makes a perfect place to stay while visiting them or moving them in and out of their dorms. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Awesome Beach House!!!

Very clean and well maintained home. Kitchen was well stock, had everything we needed. The beds all comfortable as well as the other furniture throughout the home, including outdoor furniture. We loved the hot tub and pool. Very clean and maintained while we were there. Close beach access was great for walking. Our two dogs loved their walks on the walking/bike path. Scott and Brenda were absolutely wonderful to work with. Always getting right back with us on a timely manner. Yes I would definitely recommend this beach home to friends and family. We can't wait to stay again at Beach Dayz!!!

One Awesome Week

WOW! WHAT A NICE HOUSE! Our family has been coming to St George Island for many years, and this is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was one of the cleanest and most organized houses we have ever stayed in. The large pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The yard and area around the pool are very well maintained. It was very well decorated, and we loved it that it had tile and hardwood floors throughout the house. Also I have to say this is the first time we have ever had a table where there was room for everyone. We really enjoyed meals together and playing games at night around the table. Scott and Brenda were absolutely great to work with. When we arrived, we had a problem with the lock on the pool, and we made a call to them, and the pool guy was out in less than 20 minutes and promptly replaced the lock. Can tell they truly care about the people who are renting from them. We will definitely recommend Beach Dayz to our family and friends. Thanks for such a great rental experience!

Wonderful experience start to finish...

What an amazing two weeks! Beach Dayz surpassed our expectations.

This was our first time renting on VRBO, and we were nervous about not using a rental company. Scott and Brenda were wonderful to work with. Communication with Brenda was timely and friendly. Definitely an A+ rental experience.

The home was even better than expected. The kitchen was well stocked…we had everything we needed for our two week stay. The beds were comfortable, and each room tastefully decorated. All of the furniture was well cared for, ample, and comfortable.

Our family enjoyed spending time in the large pool and hot tub! We also spent many hours challenging one another to a game of pool. Lots of golden memories made on this trip.

I would definitely recommend Beach Dayz for an awesome vacation. We are looking forward to coming again next year!!
