Hello and welcome to historic Kenwood neighborhood of Saint Petersburg. If you decide to walk around this neighborhood you'll see large variety of trees and plants, many houses have uniquie landscaping. The guest house is on the second floor and has its own entrance and is private, separated from The main house by a small yard. You won't see the owner except in passing and unless you have a question or need something. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics. I have put condiments there for your convenience, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, salt and pepper, cooking oil, things you wouldn't want to buy for a few days of vacation. There is a washer and dryer just off the kitchen for your use. Laundry soap provided. I have 2 bicycles available for guests. There is a small parking spot in front of the guest house door but will only fit midsize or compact cars. The street is just 2 houses down from your front door and you can park there if you arrive by car.

Great place for our stay!
A very nice place with anything we needed for this visit. It worked well especially for proximity to family we were visiting. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood & to places on Central. Had everything we would have expected, had strong WiFi and we were glad to be able to utilize the bikes offered! Thanks!
Great location for me in my work studies. The apartment was clean, quiet and well maintained. Patrick is a gracious host.
Clean, safe, central location
Patrick's place has been a great fit for us!
We've needed a place to stay for a month while our house is being renovated. Pat's place is centrally located - easy access to Home Depot, Interstates, Central Ave restaurants, groceries and downtown. It's a very livable space with full kitchen, laundry, comfortable bed, big work/dining table and accountable WiFi (I tele-commute so this is important to me.)
We've crossed paths with Pat a couple times and really enjoy chatting with him.
There is a long flight of interior stairs to get up into the apartment which makes the space feel safe and quiet to us, but the stairs could be an issue for some people.
Thank you for being a great host, Pat!
It's a very comfortable place to stay. And Patrick is very nice.
I drove 23 hours straight and arrived at this this great house. It was clean, had simple amenities like coffee and butter but best of all the owner had two complimentary beers waiting for me!
This place is centrally located so you can go to busch gardens or desoto park without it being a long drive. I would go here again.
Great place for the price
Pat communicates promptly. The home is as advertised with additional thoughtful amenities including cold welcome drinks in the fridge and everything you need to make your morning coffee, washer/dryer and plenty of towels. Please be aware there are two flights of indoor well lit steps to enter the apartment.
