This beautiful industrial farmhouse home includes an open floor plan and spacious backyard for relaxing. Enjoy the fresh eggs laid most mornings by the backyard chickens. Also help yourself to any fresh produce grown in the garden if in season. Cook your meals on the propane BBQ grill and enjoy spending time around the fire pit in the evening.
The home will offer you an open floor plan upstairs with the spacious kitchen, comfortable living room complete with cable TV/BluRay, 1 bedroom and bathroom. In the lower level, you will have a second living room complete with TV/DVD, board games and two more bedrooms and a second bath.
The upstairs master bedroom (#1) has a king bed complete with cable television. The downstairs queen bedroom (#2) comes complete with TV and DVD player. Bedroom #3 is perfect for sleeping 3 more with a full size bottom bunk and twin top.
Each bedroom has nightstands, luggage rack, and/or closets. We have included towels, washcloths, shampoo/conditioner and bar soap. The kitchen has all the basics to be able to cook all the meals at the house; you provide the food.
Cable and internet(WI-FI) included. There is a washer and dryer available upon request.
Nearby shopping can be found in Longmont within 5 minutes, including King Soopers, Walmart, liquor stores, local breweries, fast food restaurants as well as many excellent sit down restaurants, unique small town shops/boutiques and much more. Enjoy Historical Lyons, CO only 20 minutes away on your way to beautiful Estes Park, CO located in Rocky Mountain National Park only 45 minutes from the home. Or treat yourself to take in a Colorado Rockies, Denver Broncos, Nuggets, or Avalanche game in downtown Denver, CO also only 45 minutes from the home!
FINE PRINT: You must be at least 26 years old to rent from us. A copy of your Driver's License, passport, or other government issued ID is required. Depending on length of stay you may also be required to sign a short term lease agreement for your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in our home.
When booking, PLEASE consider ALL humans, a body, or person in your people count. Even if they are not occupying a bed.
Pets are not welcome in or outside of the home as this runs a risk to the chickens on the property.
Surveillance or recording devices on property- There is a video monitoring system on the exterior of the home for safety reasons.
