Mark Roberts purchased this house in 1994

Why Mark Roberts chose Historic District

We first vacationed in Breckenridge in 1973 and loved it. The setting is so beautiful and there is so much to do there in both the winter and the summer. And, it takes less than two hours drive to get there from our house. We can't think of a better weekend getaway for us and our family. We purchased the house new in 1994 and remodeled it in 2011 (exterior) and 2012 (interior). We have been renting it on VRBO since 1998. We get a lot of repeat business and have become friends with some of our repeat customers.

What makes this house unique

Of course in the winter we ski, ice skate, and go sledding on a nearby hill. In the summer we play tennis, hike, fish and bicycle. There are bike paths from Breckenridge to Keystone (15 miles), Copper Mountain (20 miles), and Vail (35 miles).

Perfect for our family!

  • 5 of 5

So perfectly situated! Easy access to local hiking and biking trails as well as to Main Street shopping and dining. Nicely stocked kitchen for those that cook at home like us. We enjoyed game night around the kitchen table and daily soaks in the jacuzzi. We wil definitely seek this property for our next visit.

Great house, Great location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here in the middle of May. The weather was perfect. There was hardly anyone around, very peaceful. The house was perfect. Very cute and the location was just right. Had a great time!

Fantastic Home!

  • 5 of 5

We had 8 women in Breckenridge for a girls weekend and all stayed comfortably in this house. The entire place is clean, updated, and cozy. It's an easy walk to everything in town, including the grocery store. It was absolutely perfect, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

Perfect

  • 5 of 5

We could not have asked for more. The house was spotless when we arrived, absolutely everything is in excellent condition and we even got to watch English premier league on the TV!!! As skiers the location was outstanding being able to walk a mere 10 yards to the blue route bus stop and then just a 10 minute ride to the base of peak 9. The street is extremely quiet but it was only a few minutes walk to the many bars and restaurants on Main St. In spite of having an particularly cold spell even by Breck winter standards the house was always warm and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Great location for getting to the slopes!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely well-maintained 3 BR/3BA home. There were six of us, two grandparents, mom and dad, and two boys 8 and 12. There was plenty of room for everyone. The boys stayed in the lower level and had an extra sitting room with a TV so they couldn't have been happier. The kitchen was well stocked, we received immediate responses to any questions we had. Best of all the bus to town and the slopes was very close and we could easily get the seniors and kids to the bus stop!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great home to stay in Breck

  • 5 of 5

You can see this is a family home - well looked after and everything works. Location to town is great but still has a very private feel to the home. Stunning views of the mountain from the deck and relaxing in the hot tub after a hard days skiing is worth it.

House was clean on arrival which in my opinion is very important and laid the foundations for a pleasurable stay - would definitely recommend this home.
