This beautifully decorated home is a short walk to downtown Breckenridge and has a view of the entire ski area. It was renovated in 2007 with new paint (warm, inviting colors), granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, carpeting, hardwood floors, furniture (living room and master bedroom), and hot tub. Then it was renovated AGAIN in 2012 with new kitchen/bathroom cabinets, fireplace, interior doors and light fixtures.

This 1,672 square-foot house has three bedrooms with three full baths on three different levels.

This home features a gas fireplace, gas grill, one-car attached garage, 3 flat panel TV's, 2 DVD players, high speed wireless internet, stereo, washer/dryer, and fully-equipped kitchen. This home is strictly non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. POT SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY.

From this home it's a short walk to the downtown Breckenridge shops, restaurants, ice rink, and sledding hill. Catch the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle just three houses (65 yards) down the street. The shuttle goes to the Peak 9 (Beaver Run) area or the the bottom of the Breck Connect Gondola, which goes to Peaks 7 and 8, depending on which side of the street you get on and on where you want to start your day. Looking to be a little more adventurous? Ride the shuttle to Breckenridge Station and switch buses to head toward Copper Mountain, Keystone, and more!

Why Mark Roberts chose Breckenridge Mountain Village

We first vacationed in Breckenridge in 1973 and loved it. The setting is so beautiful and there is so much to do there in both the winter and the summer. And, it takes less than two hours drive to get there from our house. We can't think of a better weekend getaway for us and our family. We purchased the house new in 1994 and remodeled it in 2011 (exterior) and 2012 (interior). We have been renting it on VRBO since 1998. We get a lot of repeat business and have become friends with some of our repeat customers.

What makes this house unique

Of course in the winter we ski, ice skate, and go sledding on a nearby hill. In the summer we play tennis, hike, fish and bicycle. There are bike paths from Breckenridge to Keystone (15 miles), Copper Mountain (20 miles), and Vail (35 miles).

Great Property!!

This townhouse itself was great and we were very impressed with the space! It has a balcony with an awesome hot tub and a spectacular mountain view!! The living room was spacious, kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were full of towels. We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of this house.

It’s also a short walk (5-10mins) to town and slopes.

We’ll definitely come back again and the property management was great to deal with!

The house was as advertised and comfortable.

The house layout worked fairly well except for the master bath and hot tub. The sink and mirror were in the bedroom portion much like the hotel set up of the 60s and 70s. Counterspace was very limited in the master. Room sizes and closet space were good. The hot tub faces a fairly busy road so is not very private. We opted not to use for this reason. The living area furniture was comfortable as was the dining area. The kitchen set up worked well for us though we ate out just about every meal. The master and midlevel beds were really firm which was not to our liking. The shower head in the master needs to be replaced. The pillow quantity and quality were deficient. The emails and directions spelled everything out well so were great. Snow removal was handled well. The management company was easy to work with. We do think stripping the beds and taking the trash and recycelables out are inappropriate for a short term rental such as this. The location was as advertised with buses to the slopes convenient. I would have liked to have been closer to the downtown area as it was not close enough to walk for us. Downtown is very close by car so we used our vehicle. Overall we were satisfied.

If the house was comfortable and as advertised, I'm not sure how you could consider this a 3-star house contrary to the opinions of the 26 other reviewers who agree that this is a 5-star house. I'll try to address everything in your review. Regarding the sink, mirror, and counter space in the master bedroom, I would recommend to all guests that you look at the pictures before renting. If you liked the photos and then you find the house to be exactly as described and as photographed, that is a plus, not a minus. The mattresses are indeed on the firm side, but the vast majority of our guests have been very happy with them. We will assess the shower head and pillows and replace as necessary, but let's face it: no pillow is for everyone. We have an assortment of pillows at the house and we replace them periodically. Boreas Pass Road can be seen through the trees from the hot tub (as can be seen in the pictures, by the way), but no one has ever commented about privacy being an issue. When there is a car on the road, people just drive along and don't look at our hot tub. Regarding the proximity to downtown, this house is exactly a 0.2-mile walk from the Breckenridge Brewery, which constitutes the beginning of downtown Breckenridge on Main Street. I believe 0.2 miles is easily within what most would call a short walk.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is easily accessible in a quiet neighborhood.

We six college roommates who are from Florida, California and Colorado began our education in Greeley 57 years ago. We get together every year. This house was perfect for our annual reunion in every way with the exception all of the stairs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect for our family!

So perfectly situated! Easy access to local hiking and biking trails as well as to Main Street shopping and dining. Nicely stocked kitchen for those that cook at home like us. We enjoyed game night around the kitchen table and daily soaks in the jacuzzi. We wil definitely seek this property for our next visit.
