We love your place. Sorry the review did not post last fall and thanks for bringing it to my attention. Yes, we will definitely be back. The location couldn't be better and we loved the private decks and quiet neighborhood, not always the case with condo living.
Great high quality condo for short or long stays
We greatly enjoyed all our stays at Coleen’s both prime and off-season. Coleen’s condo is a delight to live in – quiet, bright, and spacious.
All amenities are first class and artistically designed for comfort and convenience.
The location couldn’t be better – direct access over the parking lot to one of the best beaches in Dana/Laguna. Plus there is a sparkling salt water pool for residents.
Coleen has been attentive to all our needs and a pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed!
Everything we expected
We were pleasantly surprised. This condo meet all our needs, wifi, cable tv, fabulous location, quiet area, nice view from upper unit and comfortable beds. We will definetly be back. Thank you again to the owner for offering a well maintained unit.
This is a dream location!
My family stayed here for about 4 weeks, and we loved every second of our stay! Coleen does a great job in making sure the place is perfect and was responsive with any needs we had during the stay. The location is amazing. We went to the beach everyday and rode the Dana Point Trolley around everywhere...which is amazing. We can't wait to come back.

We loved this upper unit, light and airy. Nice little ocean view, I could actually see a boat go by in the distance as I ate breakfast. We walked to town many times for breakfast and dinner. Very peaceful and quiet. Well maintained. Hope to be back again.

July is available for the full month only, Occupancy is limited to names on contract. Contact owner 949.212.7382. Cleaning fee means general house cleaning upon exit of 4 hours. This is a very quiet residential area, guests are to be considerate of neighbors . Dana Point is now a smoke free city.
