Great location! Great price!
A very special location with decent free parking. Walking distance to the Filmore, which is awesome for us.
Cute little place, well built, nice decor and big bathroom for a small space. It’s on the middle floor so a little noisy above and below, but it is the city. Queen bed was decently comfortable, although we always bring a topper and our own sheets and pillows. Friends that stayed on the sofa bed were rather uncomfortable and said it was “squeaky.” Bedsides saying there would be coffee, which there wasn’t any, and needing a cookie sheet to heat up leftovers, it truly is a lovely place. Quaint and accessible to many things. Would certainly stay again!!!! And again!!
Thanks for everything!
Great place! Nice and comfortable. Great touch with free snacks and coffee. Easy to get everywhere once you figure out bus and and subway. Would stay again. Thanks, Harold
Such a fun place to stay in a great area!
We stayed in this great place for five nights with my daughter and her fiancee. We flew in early in the morning and, since we were toting luggage around the city, we wanted to get in as early as possible. Kenneth was wonderful about working with us and let us in as soon as the cleaners were done. Thank you so much Kenneth! Everything was updated and beautiful. Loved the view of the water and bridge from the living room! We were able to walk to all kinds of restaurants, bars, little markets, Independence Hall and one of the oldest streets in Philadelphia. What an experience! There are only two small negatives here but they would not stop us from staying here again. One is that there is no real place to sit and eat other than the bar area. A small table with some chairs would be nice, maybe instead of the desk? Also, since two people were sleeping on the couch, which is right by the bathroom, it would be nice if the door and shower door did not make so much noise when going in and out. Hard not to wake them in the middle of the night. Probably an easy fix. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked great, shower is very nice and there were plenty of towels! Didn't cook much but loved having the Keurig and all the coffee. Thanks Kenneth!
Loved the newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with Delaware River views. This home is conveniently located within walking distance to Old town historic locations.high end finishes. We would come back. Thank you Ken.
