This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom upper-level unit in a historic bungalow with modern updates. You will still be living the "high" life with over 1,000 sq ft. Private entrance, laundry room, updated bathroom, gorgeous gourmet kitchen, beautiful dining room, modern living room and TWO bedrooms. You are walking distance to some of the best spots in the HOTTEST neighborhood. If you decide to bring a car you will get a spot right in the driveway! This is the place to stay for an amazing getaway in the BEST location. This is upper-level unit has a PRIVATE entrance in the front of the bungalow. Quiet hours are in place as to not disturb other guests. This is 420 friendly but ONLY in the backyard! It's a huge backyard with a west-facing (sunset) view. You will be enjoying the backyard with the guests below. Since this is a historic 100+ year old home it has it's quirks and sound travels quickly.
Guests will have PRIVATE access to the ENTIRE upper-level unit. Guests will have shared access of the backyard.

This is in the HOTTEST neighborhood the Highlands, it's the CITY! So you will hear normal city sounds on occasion (sirens, traffic, music, people) this isn't the burbs.
People are staying below you! Quiet hours are enforced to make sure no one is disturbed. Please be respectful of everyone in the home! We do provide ear plugs!
If you plan to be loud and party with your friends, you may want to consider a non-duplex unit.
There is no smoking in the unit! ONLY outside. We ask that you don't expose marijuana to the air inside (the other unit will smell it) it's very pungent! Enjoy your Mile "High" in the backyard!
Backyard is a common area for all guests to enjoy! The only other common area is the area where your laundry is which is a few steps above the lower unit's entrance. Don't worry each unit has their own laundry! We ask you ONLY enter the back of the house to do laundry and keep the back door closed and locked. Do not walk down to other unit and do not exit or enter through back door. Enjoy the backyard by walking around the front!
Again, this is the city. Meaning the streets are narrow and driveways/parking spots are tight. This is city life! Luckily we have a driveway! Most city properties don't even have that!
The Highlands is the HOTTEST neighborhood in DENVER! You will be about 1 mile to some of the BEST restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops and more! You will NEVER want to leave! Most of the restaurants have the BEST view of the city and you will only be a short uber ride or beautiful lengthy walk to downtown! Union Station is right over the highway! If you want to travel out of the neighborhood, there is plenty to do and see around here! Close to state of the art museums like the Denver Art Museum, Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Enjoy outdoor attractions like the Denver Zoo, Red Rocks amphitheater, Denver Botanic Gardens and the Cherry Creek Trail.
You are within one mile to the best spots! It's a decent walk, short uber or busses all over! If you choose to drive there is AMPLE street parking and you will get a designated spot in the driveway! Just be cautious of the signs!
