Welcome to our 'Well Kept Secret!' Peace & quiet on the bay. Beautifully decorated, spacious 3 bed/3 bath condo with with only the best furnishings and amenities. Two master bedrooms with king size beds and third bedroom with set of twin beds. Plasma TVs in all bedrooms and living room. We want you to feel at home....you are going to LOVE IT!

Enjoy beautiful views and playful dolphins from screened-in porch. Porch also has ceiling fan. Definitely the best unit in the complex, top floor (fourth) corner unit.

Screened-in pool area and full workout facility. Large boat slip included in rental and dock with great fishing potential.

Just minutes from great restaurants, beaches, family entertainment, grocery, and shopping. Close to everything.

Very well kept, clean, comfortable beds and close to everything.

Best keep secret on the gulf cost. Close to all the action, but away from all the "noise". We've been coming to this location for many years. The owners are great to work with and the property is very well kept. Drink your coffee on the deck, watch the dolphins play and catch fish at night. I would highly recommend this property for your vacation.

Great property! HOA is a bit uptight. Not pet friendly for visitors.

Our family stayed here two weeks ago; and I must say the facility was beautiful, clean, and very well equipped. The views overlooking the bay were scenic and tranquil. Bay John is removed from the hustle & bustle, but still just a short drive from all the local attractions. The only drawback was the stance taken by the Home Owners Association in enforcing some new rules. "Pet Friendly" was one of the primary reasons we booked this facility last fall. The owner, D'ete, (a pleasure to deal with) advised us a month prior to our arrival that the HOA had passed a policy disallowing renters to have pets, and were assessing hefty fines for violations. D'ete advised she would absorb the first time fine for our rental, and that we should refer any problems to her. Our Shih Tzu is 15lbs, housebroke, and friendly with everyone he meets. And we always clean up after him on his walks, But In the first 2 days of our stay, he was photographed, called "illegal", and I was greeted at our front door by the head of The Association (Frank M.) in regards our little Lou Dog. I followed D'etes instructions, and referred his concerns to her. About 1-2 hours later, we went to our vehicles, and were stunned to find a 8 x10" red sticker adhered to the windshields of both our vehicles; due to not having hangtags displayed properly (you have to have the beginning/ending dates penned in.) There had only been one hangtag visible, so we used it in the unmarked space. The "violation sticker" stated we would be towed for future transgressions of the parking policy, and was adhered so firmly to our windshield, that it had to be scraped off. My wife was livid at this point; so I called good old Frank to address the problem. He referred me to D'ete about a 2nd sticker (Hey, what comes around....), and flatly stated the stickers were meant to adhere that tightly, 'cause they want renters to know "THEY take parking seriously". As a retired police Sgt. I have a firm grasp of the need for rules & regulations. I also believe that "paying guests" should be dealt with the same respect and understanding that they extend to their hosts. Frank could have simply told me of our violation in his earlier visit. The parking space was numbered the same as our unit. We noted that D'ete has listed her condo for sale. We wish her the best, and would happily return to any property she owns....as long as it's NOT Bay John!! BTW, the owners ARE allowed pets here. Just not renters.

Wonderful!

We were very pleased with this unit. It was in such a peaceful area and the drive to various beaches was easy to do. The screened porch was amazing! It was my favorite place to be. We even saw dolphins from it on various mornings. The unit was spacious and worked well for my large family. The screened pool was awesome! We also loved the workout facility. It overlooked the pool and had many machines and was always nice and cool. We highly recommend this unit. So happy we stumbled upon it.

Amazing

My husband and 2 year old came for Mothers Day by boat from Destin and it was the most enjoyable vacay we've had! The condo is so homey and peaceful, my daughter slept 13 hours both nights in the king guest bedroom! The beds are extremely comfortable to say the least. Everything else In the condo is very nice, the view is incredible. Great location by boat, we went to LuLu's twice. Definitely a must go condo!
