The view from this top floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is amazing. Wake up and watch a beautiful sun rise. Have a cup of coffee and watch the nice ocean with surfers that are up early in the morning.
The bathroom and floors were renovated in 2011 with Italian marble tile. The kitchen has not been renovated yet but is functional and equipped with a brand new stove/oven purchased January 2014, and a brand new dishwasher purchased November 2014.
The kitchen has a disposal, refrigerator, small freezer, built in microwave, toaster, George Foreman grill, juicer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and lots of dishes and bowls.
The comfortable King size tempurpedic bed has a nice monkey pod wood frame around it. The mattress and bed frame was bought new in the fall of 2013.
You will sleep so well in the bed with the 100 % Egyptian cotton linen. There is a 42-Inch LCD TV in the bedroom. You can store things in the bridal chest in front of the bed or in the hallway closet. There is also a little closet in the bathroom where you can store and hang your clothes in. If you need to stay in touch with the office there is a little Italian designed computer desk in the corner of the lanai where you can set up your computer.
Enjoy your meals watching the beautiful ocean and Diamond Head Crater sitting by the two big dining room tables on the lanai. We also have a dining room table with 6 chairs in the living room.
Sit, relax in our deep and comfortable couches with Ottoman. Watch a movie on the big LCD 47-inch TV. The condo has an ironing board, hairdryer, two umbrellas, high speed WIFI Internet and basic Cable TV for your use.
The building Foster Tower is located on Kalakaua Avenue between the Marriott and Pacific beach hotel.
Foster Tower is the most desirable and popular condominium building in Waikiki. You are right in front of the beach and ocean. There is a big enclosed lagoon where children can swim and play.
Rent a surfboard and surf at the popular surf- breaks Queens and Canoes that are right in front of the building.
Go swimming in the nice and big heated salt-water pool on the 4th floor.
You have free access to the gym and sauna on the 1st floor.
Laundry facilities, library is on the 2nd floor.
The building is secured 24/7.
Imagine…. you wake up....you make a pot of coffee...you sit down.....and watch the rising sun burst golden light on the surfers below...the beautiful tumbled tile floor, luxurious condo and spectacular view...just open up your heart...and the tensions of mainland life just empty out of you...feeling of refreshment flows in...like a wave breaking on the sand below..
You slip on your flip flops...walk out to the beach right next door....you sit by the statue of the Duke Kahanamoku and feel the sand between your toes...later you got hungry so you walked the fifty yards back to your condo...packed a picnic lunch and then back to the beach...

We offer the top floor of the Premier Location in Waikiki.
The location of the suite cannot be beat. Literally across from the beach. It is a very comfortable suite that was much larger in size than and easily accommodated my family. Living room furniture was very comfortable and so was bed. We had issue with one of the AC unit and that was rectified by property manager. The kitchen area does need updating and so does the bathroom. The blinds also need to be updated since some are missing. Overall, if I were returning back to Hawaii, I would reserve again because the suite size and location cannot be beat.
Our family just spent a wonderful time in this amazing 1 bedroom condominium. The pictures do not do justice to the actual views to be had from this 25th floor unit. My wife and I spent our mornings and evenings on the enclosed lanai with the windows open, enjoying the cooling summer trade winds, and taking in this bird's eye view of the Waikiki beaches. Just a quick elevator ride, and we were steps away from the main beaches to enjoy the surf and sun. My wife and daughters never once felt cramped in the spacious unit. We loved being able to prepare our own meals in the unit and save money, given the high cost of eating out in Waikiki. My youngest daughter really enjoyed being able to ride the elevator down the fourth floor, and swim in complex's nice pool. We will definitely stay here again, when we return.
Location, location, location!
This condo was just fantastic. The pictures do not give justice to the spacious living room bedroom and dinning room areas not to mention the awesome views.
Having stayed in Waikiki before, it can be hard to find a great place to stay for a reasonable price. The search is over! This unit has spectacular views from the 25th floor overlooking Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head and gorgeous mountains.
The unit was perfect for our family of 4 (children 13 and 15 yrs) and has plenty of space to feel at home for the month.
We are a family of surfers with two children so my husband and I were so happy to be able to look out at the beautiful view overlooking the ocean and surf and take in the gorgeous sunrise.
The condo is conveniently located and very clean upon arrival. The cal King bed was very comfortable. We saved a ton of money by going to Costco and cooking most of our meals in the unit, but it was great to be able to walk to an ABC store or to Food Pantry if we needed something else. You can also go downstairs to the restaurant/bar to eat, cross the street from the beach.
Our children used the heated pool a few times in the afternoons. There is a small gym in the building or you could go to the 24 hour fitness right across the street if you're tired of relaxing! There is also laundry in the building with lots of clean machines.
We have already booked this unit for next year. The property manager is very nice and responded right away when we had questions about the unit before we booked it.

My husband and I had a great vacation and a wonderful rental experience in this condo. The location cannot be better. Foster Tower is a great building with nice heated salt water swimming pool and gym. Security guard 24/7. We had a perfect combination of enjoying Waikiki and exploring other parts of the island. The condo has everything you need. We will definitely book this rental next year again. Mahalo!
The property was clean, spacious, great location and great views. The accommodations were perfect for us. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare meals. The bed was very comfortable, including the couch. We all used the gym and loved it.
We were across from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this property without hesitation, however I would like to keep it a secret :)
There are many good units here, ..."THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM". No unit should be rented without proper AIR CONDITIONING. Listing indicates 2 new portable units. Only one works! The bedroom cooled from 82 degrees to 77 degrees at night. Living area never cooled. At 9:24 am, it was 89 degrees, at 9:30 am, 91 degrees. Pictures were sent to owner. Unit has east facing windows with partial coverings allowing heat and light to enter. No kitchen window covering. Unit is very hot, un-breathable. The Foster Tower is old. During a rainstorm, top floor above flooded, units windows leaked. On 8/30, the FT lost power on the top 3 floors. All electricity ceased from 10:30 pm until 8:15 am. We had to check into a hotel at midnight as the heat rose to over 90 degrees and without AC/lights the unit was UNLIVABLE. Owners refused to compensate us for this day and we remained in the hotel for final 2 days of 18 day stay.
If AC had worked properly, unit would only be marginally acceptable. Unit had a 4-page book of rules, 1. don't wear shoes or bed shoes in the unit, 2. don't open windows wider than a few inches too avoid anything being blown over 3. don't put anything on the bathroom sink unit, use the closet, 4. put the dishes back in the same place when used. Kitchen not renovated, cabin doors missing or broken hinges. Bathroom sinks were clogged and took minutes to drain, leaving a filthy mess requiring constant cleaning. The bathroom light fixtures were rusty. Bathroom fan ceased functioning. Bedroom ceiling fan constantly wobbled badly. TV remote didn't function properly, as spoken words annoyingly appeared on the TV. Owner stated no one could fix the problem. The bedroom pillows were horribly thin. Bathroom and closet doors scraped the floor and were not easy to open or close. There wasn't a complete set of sheets to change the bedroom. The unit is not as good as portrayed in the pictures.
Suggestions would be to certainly install "REAL AC UNITS" that work properly, fix the fans, replace the windows, get better pillows, unclog the bathroom sinks, fix the TV, paint the unit. Room fans would help with heat and air flow problems. This unit should be renovated.
Met only one owner, pleasant enough, but unsympathetic to power outage and AC issues. The proper thing would have been to reimburse us for the power outage hotel stay, despite rental contract language. Our deposit was promptly returned. We cannot recommend.
