This great townhome has a generously sized kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a great home made meal! In addition, the living room couches and lounge chair will give you plenty of space to sprawl out and feel super comfortable! The bedrooms upstairs are nice and quiet from the rest of the townhome, and each have their own large closets and direct access to bathrooms.

Disappointed. The property was very clean. 1. The ad was misleading. To sleep 7 you have to blow up an air mattress and sleep on a couch that doesn't fold out. The extra bedding was not very desirable. 2. We only located 4 washcloths in the condo. The towels were old and thin. They would be better suited for use in the garage. 3. The only television available for watching was Amazon Prime Video. The were no local channels or cable channels on the television. 4. The shower in the Master Bedroom is plumbed backwards. It took a while to figure out how not to take a freezing shower.
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also very quiet and restful.

We stayed here to watch the USA Track & Field Championships. It was a convenient location. We were close to restaurants, grocery stores, the track at Drake and wonderful running trails. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.
Quiet and Peaceful
Very pleased with the property. The location was close to our family and friends that we were visiting. It was exactly what we were looking for.
Filthy and Unprofessional--STAY AWAY
My kids and I stayed here June 23-28 while my two boys attended a baseball camp. Michael was great to allow us to check in early, stating that his cleaning crew had just finished cleaning the apartment. Upon arrival, we were hit with a strong smoke smell masked by cheap air fresheners. Our first impression was that the apartment was NOT AT ALL CLEAN. Our socks stuck to kitchen floor, the carpets were obviously not vacuumed, the kitchen was dirty, and the list goes on. Stained sheets in master bedroom, long black hairs on sheets in 2nd bedroom, dirty showers in both bathrooms, torn/mildewed vinyl shower curtains, old bar soap leftover in 2nd bathroom (from previous guests), the drain in master bath—missing and needed to use washcloth to stop it, water reversed—cold for hot in shower of master bath, there were ANTS in the kitchen, a full garbage bin in the garage from last renters, TONS OF ANTS in the garage, batteries in remote were dead, needed to drive down street to buy replacements (after trying to figure out whether it was a battery issue or ALEXA, & the air mattress leaked—kids woke on the floor, completely deflated. My children were disgusted, & we immediately drove to the nearby Target to invest in cleaning supplies, new sheets, and new towels for use during our stay. Not exactly the right start to our stay, as traveling with young kids their patience wore thin with the cleaning. Thought about contacting manager, but really had nowhere else to go if he would suggest his cleaning crew to return (who remember, had just finished cleaning).
Money: spent on towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, & batteries.
Time: 2-3 hours to clean—vacuuming, scrubbing down showers, scrubbed toilets, sinks, drawers, mirrors, kitchen counters, stovetop, microwave, wiped down all handles and light switches, etc.
On the day of checkout, I contacted Michael by phone (& sent him pics) to have a conversation with him, as I wanted to give him constructive feedback (being business owners ourselves, we value feedback and want to have an opportunity to rectify any issues directly). He was very nice at first, cooperative and willing to credit the cleaning fee for our trouble. However, the refund was contingent on a 5-star review, which is completely unprofessional & wrong. He stopped responding after multiple attempts, and did not credit us. After giving him the opportunity to do the right thing, I felt compelled to warn others, especially a family like ours.
