'Had lots of fun at the beach. The walk was fairly short. All the sleeping arrangements worked out well with 4 people. The stores ands shops were conveniently close. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful home!

'Enjoyed the boardwalk and several beaches in the area-cement ship, Natural Bridges, Capitola, Rio del Mar. Heading to Gilroy Gardens on our way out of town.
Enjoyed all the sand toys & beach bocce, as well as the bocce in the back yard.
Thanks for the great price for our vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The place was amazing--even nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, and took advantage of the location to pursue day trips to Napa, Monterey, Carmel, and Santa Cruz. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your awesome home. We had an absolutely great time a the Boardwalk, Seascape Beach, and sightseeing in Aptos, Capitola and Santa Cruz. We also loved hanging out in the backyard playing Bocce ball, BBQ'ing and telling ghost stories around the firepit.

We decided to purchase our beach property in the Seascape area of Aptos because we have gone to that beach our entire life. So, when we were looking for property and this was available it was a natural fit for us.
The Seascape area is unique. It is quiet and convenient. There are many weekends that we park our car on Friday afternoon and never use it until we are going home. The beach is wonderful. We enjoy taking long walks on the beach where you can walk for miles. We also enjoy playing tennis at Seascape Sports Club as well as golf at the Seascape Golf Course.
Unfortunately we didn't get to spend much time at the place. Our visit was a rushed one as I was just in the area for the Ironman 70.3 in Santa Cruz. Would have been nice to have stayed longer but life didn't allow it. Aptos is a great place to come relax and enjoy.
The home was clean, the beds were comfortable. Parking was good. Restaurants across the street were ok at best. The shower leaked water on to the floor so you have to be cautious and make sure to pull the curtain back inside the back wall of the tub to prevent that. That was only problem I noted. I would stay here again.
We stayed over the weekend with two couples -the house had plenty of room and was comfortable.
The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean!
I would stay here again
The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with
We thoroughly enjoyed your home. Spent one day at Sunset Beach and another at the Boardwalk. Breakfast at Full of Beans was delicious. Coming back to the house after long days at the UCSC soccer field was so relaxing. Girls had a great time playing bocce ball while we cooked dinner and watched the Olympics. I only wish the master tv cable box had been activated. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!
The owners were so quick to respond during the booking process. The location was so great...I loved that we never had to get in the car for the weekend and we could just enjoy the weather and the beach! It was truly a relaxing vacation. The house has everything we needed! I will definitely come again and stay longer next time!
We were very happy with our stay! This property is clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The location is within easy walking distance of the beach and shopping/restaurants. The beach access is through the Sea Cliff resort with no stairs so strollers have easy access and the beach area is clean with nice sand for kids to play in.
We were able to bring in food and cook with all kitchen utensils, plates and appliances supplied. We were able to make s'mores over the backyard fire pit and enjoy the backyard space where there is also a BBQ for outdoor grilling. Linens were supplied and beds were comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the garage where there is also enough space to park a small car.
Santa Cruz was a little farther then we thought but the boardwalk was worth the trip, the kids loved it!
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this property, we would absolutely go back.
The location of this property is a plus: close to essentials shopping, close to great dining and beach. We had a superb meal at the resort that is close-by (within walking distance). We were also able to get a "lift" by the resort luggage and check-in people for a ride on a golf cart to the beach. Not sure if I could have made the walk without that ride. This 2 bedroom small "condo-style" is a good get-away for a couple. I stayed with my daughter and granddaughter (a 3-yr old). I mention that because some of the decorations in the living room could easily be broken by children, namely the sand dollars/shells.
The minus: The two beds have very soft mattresses, so much so that, in the smaller bedroom, I would not recommend it for adults. The larger bedroom has a nice ceiling fan, but it gets noisy at night from street traffic. We had trouble working the TV/video in the living room so I would suggest laminated instructions for use to help guide the guests. I think this deserves a 3-star rating due to the location and the price.
