Once at the resort, take the cement path down to the beach and you can walk forever. On one side, you can walk to Sunset Beach. On the other side, all the way to Capitola. If your priority is suntanning, shore fishing, surfing, bird watching, photographing the dolphin at Seascape shores many months a year, or just relaxing and get the fast-paced city life out of your system, Seascape Beach, Bocce and Brie is the place is for you.
At the Seascape Resort enjoy Sanderlings Restaurant or have a beer or margarita in their bar or on their patio overlooking the azure blue Pacific Ocean.
Just across the street from our front door are the amenities of Seascape Village. The Village features Palapas, a regional favorite Mexican restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and Village Host pizza parlor. In addition, you may do your grocery shopping at Seascape Market or have a latte at the Full of Beans coffee shop. Once you park you might never have to get in your car until you leave.

'Had lots of fun at the beach. The walk was fairly short. All the sleeping arrangements worked out well with 4 people. The stores ands shops were conveniently close. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful home!

'Enjoyed the boardwalk and several beaches in the area-cement ship, Natural Bridges, Capitola, Rio del Mar. Heading to Gilroy Gardens on our way out of town.
Enjoyed all the sand toys & beach bocce, as well as the bocce in the back yard.
Thanks for the great price for our vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The place was amazing--even nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, and took advantage of the location to pursue day trips to Napa, Monterey, Carmel, and Santa Cruz. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your awesome home. We had an absolutely great time a the Boardwalk, Seascape Beach, and sightseeing in Aptos, Capitola and Santa Cruz. We also loved hanging out in the backyard playing Bocce ball, BBQ'ing and telling ghost stories around the firepit.

Why Chris Di Salvo chose Aptos
We decided to purchase our beach property in the Seascape area of Aptos because we have gone to that beach our entire life. So, when we were looking for property and this was available it was a natural fit for us.
What makes this Condo unique
The Seascape area is unique. It is quiet and convenient. There are many weekends that we park our car on Friday afternoon and never use it until we are going home. The beach is wonderful. We enjoy taking long walks on the beach where you can walk for miles. We also enjoy playing tennis at Seascape Sports Club as well as golf at the Seascape Golf Course.

Clean and close to everything you need including the beach
Great place and a 5 min walk to the beach.
Great place to stay!
Very convenient to local shops, dining and especially the beach!
I'm so glad you enjoyed our place! Thanks for being a great guest.

Enjoyed this quaint beach house. It wasn't as close to an accessible beach as we would have hoped. Seems to only sleep 4 unless you sleep on couch. Not great for small children or seniors (steep stairs, no child proofing).
So glad you enjoyed your stay. We love our place. We are seniors and it is a great home for us.
Will be back!
The beach house was perfect for us. It was a home away from home. Everything was walking distance, which is nice when you have three young ones. We definitely will be back. Was perfect getaway from the hot valley.
Perfect in so many ways! Great location, making it easy to get to Monterey to the south and Santa Cruz just north a few minutes. Very comfortable. Like being at home.... but in paradise. The townhome is well furnished with basics in the kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the Seascape village across the street offers good dining, and met our market needs. Would we return? Absolutely!
Phillip was a great guest! He took care of our home like his own. Would love to have Phillip and his family back again.
the property was nice, its a good place to saty while in Aptos
Unfortunately we didn't get to spend much time at the place. Our visit was a rushed one as I was just in the area for the Ironman 70.3 in Santa Cruz. Would have been nice to have stayed longer but life didn't allow it. Aptos is a great place to come relax and enjoy.
The home was clean, the beds were comfortable. Parking was good. Restaurants across the street were ok at best. The shower leaked water on to the floor so you have to be cautious and make sure to pull the curtain back inside the back wall of the tub to prevent that. That was only problem I noted. I would stay here again.
