About Todd Wolff
Todd and Stacey, Tucson, AZ We moved from Kansas to Tucson in 2003. We love the sunny skies, desert landscape, and friendly people and wanted to share our Tucson experience with others.
Todd Wolff purchased this House in 2006
Why Todd Wolff chose The Bluffs
We bought our vacation home near our own home. It is a quiet area, yet only 2 miles from shopping, dining, golf, spas and more. And it is conveniently located for getting around to all sorts of Tucson activities like Sabino Canyon to the east, or the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum to the southwest. It is also only six miles from the interstate, making trips to Phoenix or Mexico a breeze.
What makes this House unique
Catalina Mountain views spread out before you. Relax in the shade of the covered patio or enjoy the full sun near the pool. This home is near the necessary conveniences - dining, grocery, drug store, and shopping mall. Plus many sight seeing attractions are close by too. Stacey and I enjoy the safe, quiet neighborhood.

This house is exactly as pictured and the hosts were extremely attentive to us. We sent an email asking about operating the jacuzzi (which had instructions already in a book on the counter) and Todd called within 5 minutes to help us. The house is stocked with all the things you need but don’t want to have to buy, like shampoo and of course coffee. The view outside is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool and jacuzzi. It is the perfect amount of space for a family. Also, the pillows are the absolute best I have ever had. My husband used the putting green constantly :).
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Club Wolff West. The home was very clean and included all of the amenities , allowing us to feel ‘at home’.
Todd and Stacey were readily available, and we knew that they were a phone call away, should we have any issues with the house..
Our only regret was when we had to leave The house and Tucson because our vacation was over.
This is my favorite of our 3 homes. So glad you enjoyed it.
You know, you don't have to leave. As a Realtor, I've helped several of our clients buy homes in Tucson and Oro Valley. Great income and your own private vacation rental.
Something to think about for next year.
Very well equipped, comfortable villa in a good location to tour Tucson and the surrounding area
The villa is set on a small, quiet residential area. It is very convenient for all local amenities and for access to main routes to get out and about in the area. Very well equipped inside and out....the kitchen is particularly well stocked and bathroom basics are all there. We were 2 couples and really enjoyed staying for a week. Both King beds are really comfortable and its good that they are at opposite ends of the house for a bit of privacy. Whils it was too cold at night to sit out, we grilled on the outside grill a few times and it's a great facility. Didn't use the pool or hot tub , again due to the cold evenings but both are a good facility and I'm sure would be well used after January. The only problem we had that could not be fixed was the wi-fi connection which was erratic at best and stopped us being able to stream any music. Todd did try to fix this and his response times are first class but if you need a reliable connection the I suggest you check wih him first.
That being said, this is without doubt a first class propery and I would recommend it highly.
This is my favorite of the 3 homes we own. Glad you enjoyed it so much. The split bedroom floor plan is great for 2 couples. Plenty of privacy as you said.
Comcast says the wifi issue is resolved and we've had no more problems. Must have been an issue on their end.
this home has the ability to heat the pool (at an extra cost). We're getting ready for a Super Bowl Party and will be heating our pool. A nice treat during a cold north winter.
Thank you for the wonderful review and please come back soon.
Wonderful house, all the amenities
We stayed here for one week over winter break. It was the perfect house...it had everything we needed! We also had some trouble with the pool/spa heater, and Todd was very helpful and accommodating, and even gave us a credit on the heating charge for the pool due to our troubles. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
So glad you had a great time. I never get tired of those views of the Catalina Mountains.
The pool and spa are in top shape now, ready for your return.
Dec Golf Trip
Property was immaculate and well set up. You could really spend every minute of your vacation in the back yard. The pool and hot tub, along with the putting green, make this a great vacation rental. It was too cold to swim, but we'll get that next time. Todd was great to work with and made it easy on us. Would rent this home again anytime.
So glad you enjoyed your trip and that the golfing was good.
Some of our clients elect to heat the pool, but you'll have great weather on your next scheduled trip.
See you soon.
