Having been creatively redesigned to allow for maximum viewing pleasure, this exclusive 3rd floor direct Gulf front SW corner unit is unique in its 1450 sq. ft. layout and is the only one of its kind in one of the most desirable condo buildings on the beach.

You will find the living/dining area cheerfully bright and comfortably accommodating with reclining leather furniture, a 46' TV, and pub height dining table. Three sets of sliding glass doors open to a spacious wrap around balcony, which allows you a totally unobstructed view - nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico except sand, sea oats, pelicans and seagulls! Listen to the calming crash of the waves and take in the scent of the fresh salty air as a balmy breeze gently lifts the umbrella from your tropical drink! Be captivated by the beauty of a different and unpredictable sunset every evening and experience the thrill in watching the formation of a storm out in the Gulf! Whatever the weather, when the show is over come inside, dim the lights and prop your feet up while you reflect on your day over a cocktail or two. You control the ambience of the condo to suit your mood with a flick of the switch, as all of the lights are on dimmers. A variety of music CD's are provided for your enjoyment, along with a number of digital music stations and movies on demand accessible through cable TV. Unlimited long distance anywhere in the U.S. and Canada and unlimited high speed WiFi internet access is readily available. We also offer use of a wireless printer upon request. But, hopefully you won't be using it for work!

The spacious kitchen is open to the living/dining area and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, 2 sinks, above and below cabinet lighting options and an impressive panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Should you decide to actually cook while you enjoy your stay here, you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including plenty of ice for your blender concoctions! Or you may choose to enjoy the many restaurants that are within walking distance or a short drive.

A 'grand' king size bed awaits you in the warmly inviting master bedroom suite, which has a separate small balcony with a SW view of the beach and Gulf. This bedroom has a wall mounted 32" TV. The private 'en suite' master bath, exquisitely built for two, features a raised step-up shower with double shower heads, separate his and her vanity areas, marble floors, and a 19' TV. The linen closet is stocked with an abundance of bath towels, and there is plenty of room for your things in the walk in closet.

We offer a spaciously comfortable king size bed, with lots of comfy pillows, in the second bedroom, which makes our condo perfect for two couples. It is located at the front of the condo and is separated from the master bedroom, which allows privacy for both. The bed itself has 2 huge storage drawers, and the dresser provides ample space to put your things. This room also has a 32' wall mounted TV. Conveniently located just outside the door is the second bathroom with an extra large shower - with room for two if you so desire. Sorry, there is no bathtub in our unit.

The location of the Pier House, 420 Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach, is easily accessible to and from the mainland, as we are on the westernmost point of Pinellas County beaches, just over the Indian Rocks Beach Bridge, in between Mile Markers 16 & 16-1/2. The building is small, with only 25 units and is secure, as a key or code is required for entry into the elevators, the beachside pool area and the beach. The pool is heated to a comfortable 84 degrees during the few cooler months we are thankful to receive here on the West Coast of Florida. The spa is always hot and ready when you are! In addition, there is a covered area with a couple of picnic tables and a BBQ grill, an outdoor shower for rinsing all things salty and sandy before entering the pool area or the elevators, and restrooms by the pool. The Pier House is an elite residential condominium community where some residents live full time. So you will not encounter the busyness of people coming and going like typical vacation rental buildings. Building and pool maintenance is performed on a regular schedule of 3 days per week. In addition, Pier House owners and guests boast about our well manicured lawn and landscape that just adds to the beauty and enjoyment of our beach front property.

We personally care for and maintain our condo, and we enjoy our very own escape here often (although, not often enough!), as we live close by. So you can rest assured that upon your arrival you will be presented with a meticulously clean and pristine home in which to enjoy your vacation. You will find EVERYTHING you need and would expect ... plus extra touches that will add to your convenience, comfort and enjoyment, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, coffee & filters, spices & condiments, shampoo, soap, and paper goods, just to name a few things. A full size washer & dryer are provided in unit for your convenience along with all laundry necessities.

While we would love to accommodate families with young children, this unit is more suitable for couples or families with children over the age of 12. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. In addition, we will not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25.

NOTE: SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO RESERVE YOUR TIME IN PARADISE, I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE DEALING DIRECTLY WITH ME . I ENCOURAGE COMMUNICATION AND QUESTIONS. NORMALLY, I AM ABLE TO RESPOND WITHIN A FEW HOURS OR AT LEAST WITHIN THE SAME DAY.

As long as we have lived here we always admired the Pier House because of it's unique appearance and construction qualities. In addition, the location is so perfect and convenient. So, of course, when we decided to look for a place on the beach which was close to home so we could use it often, we found our perfect place in unit #305. Although the appearance of the unit itself was quite outdated, we looked past all of that and headed right for the view of the beach - and were sold right away! My husband has a very creative mind, so we decided to 'go for it' and came up with 'our very own piece of Paradise'. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

With their permission, of course, I am sharing a portion of this note from my most recent guests (now Tennessee friends) who have stayed with us many times..... Again, another wonderful, relaxing trip to our favorite beach. This time we brought along our son and his new wife. We couldn't wait for them to enter your unit. Their faces told it all - they loved it as we do! The weather was a little cool, but I loved it. Fall is becoming more and more my favorite season of the year. We're already looking forward to our next trip to your beautiful condo. We are blessed to be able to work in our business back in Tennessee with all our children and son-in-law, but soon, Butch and I would love to stay a whole month here sometime, maybe in Feb. or March. But, for now a week now and then will suffice us. Love you and thank you!

Best Place We've Stayed

This was our 3rd year vacationing in the Clearwater area and although the first 2 places we stayed at were very nice, this was by far the best. Deb met us at the condo and gave us an overview and answered any questions. When the description said fully stocked, it wasn't kidding. There wasn't a thing we needed except food. Most places provide starter supplies, but Deb provided supplies that lasted our entire stay. The condo was very comfortable from the living area to the beds to the balcony furniture. The pool area was very nice and the beach was soft sand plus all the pool/beach items we needed were there. This will definitely be our top choice when we return to the area.

I didn’t believe it when Deb said “we have everything all you need is a swimsuit and sunscreen”.

After a couple of years I kept hearing my parents talking about Deb and her wonder condo. Since they were unable to go this year my wife and I decided to use the unit. My god the sunsets are beautiful, the condo lacks nothing from simple sugar to a beach umbrella and everything in between. We walk to dinner every night as the unit is close to everything. We had a spectacular time and we owe it all to Deb and her attention to every detail. We are already looking for sometime next year to bring the whole family as Deb has two spectacular units in the building. Thanks Deb!

Best on the Beach

Wow! Perfect place on the beach! Has no equal… Fifth time renting & wanted to keep my secret. But am busting to share with somebody.

In the center of all the activity - yet secluded when you want. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and ice cream parlors.

Every time, found the condo immaculate - exactly as pictured. Proximity to Gulf was excellent – steps away from the pristine white sand beach.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is well-furnished, equipped with all luxuries, in a secured 25-unit, elevator accessed complex. Have a reserved, assigned parking spot in front that's very convenient. Ample parking available for guests.

What makes this place so special? With occupants’ waking hours in mind, Deb and her husband, reconfigured space into a stunning open floor plan. Cross window ventilation provides ample natural light and transition to the outdoors. Place is solid. Heard no sounds from units above or below… Just soft, distant waves crashing, providing restful sleep.

Private entryway offers first King bedroom and bath. Oh the pillows! Hallway leads to spacious, well-stocked, fully equipped, granite countertop kitchen with contemporary, full-sized, appliances, dining and great room. Deb thought of everything. Decorative appointment throughout. Cable TVs (tons of stations) throughout- even in master bath.

Beach & Gulf vista views - Amazing, from over-sized, wall-to-wall sliding windows. Expansive, wrap-around balcony had tall tables w/chairs and lounge chairs used - at mealtime and throughout the day. A 270-degree view of Gulf sunsets from this spectacular corner unit. Absolutely stunning. Saw dolphins and viewed wide variety of shoreline birds. This place has it all! Nothing you need to bring, but your suitcase & warm weather attire.

Unit offers a spacious king Master with private bath - YES! with many pillows. Plentiful closet space throughout with washer/dryer. Beach chairs, placed in a storage locker for your beach toys.

Deb's available anytime - quick to reply, very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the area. She provides many brochures highlighting restaurants & area attractions. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy the Gulf. Stay here once, you’ll always return to this place.

Can only give a 5-star rating as this is the maximum – but this is a TEN!

If you want the BEST condo in Indian Rocks Beach this is it!

I KNOW THIS LOOKS LIKE A LOT TO READ, BUT IT IS FULL OF INTERESTING STUFF. SO PLEASE READ ON..... Enjoy great restaurants and drinking establishments within walking distance or a short drive. The original Crabby Bills (specializes in seafood, of course, but also offers land food items) is across the street. They usually have some type of live entertainment daily outside at the Loading Zone, which is open late and also serves breakfast daily. Jake's Cantina, Lu Lu's, PJ's Oyster Bar, Jimmy Guana's at the Holiday Inn Harborside Marina, Los Mexicano's, Slyce Pizza, and many other restaurants are just a short walk.

Our favorites for a really nice meal are GUPPY'S (indulge yourself with at least a dozen raw oysters, always served icy cold, fried oysters with tomato & corn tarter, the mussels, or any of their seafood entrees or daily specials which are always fresh & delicious) - Sit outside at the bar at SALT ROCK GRILL (for starters, a dozen icy cold raw oysters and the flash fried snapper breast are must haves) then ask for a deep fried lobster tail, which is not on the menu, but they will make it for you - BACKWATERS on Sand Key (sit outside on the intercoastal waterway, and partake of the butter blackened NY strip or one of many terrific seafood dishes), and E & E STAKEOUT GRILL in Belleair (great steaks and daily specials, awesome pork chops, believe it or not, and the best escargot I've ever had, but not enough of them).

Must try our local Florida favorites - smoked fish spread, available at most restaurants on the beach, grouper sandwich, best at FRENCHY'S and DOCKSIDE DAVE'S (not much on atmosphere, but known for their black grouper sandwiches and the biggest onion rings you've ever seen), she-crab soup at Frenchy's, and Stone Crab which is seasonal Oct. - May.

Tropical Ice Cream shop, which features Hershey's ice cream and specialty coffee drinks, is directly across the street, next to Jake's Cantina.. If you take a walk on the beach first, or after, hopefully you can enjoy your scoops quilt free!

Ride the Trolley along Gulf Blvd. if you don't feel like driving. But, make sure you have plenty of time to spare. It goes from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach and stops anywhere you would like along the way. Visit Johns' Pass Village in Maderia Beach for some souvenir shopping and eats. You are guaranteed to spot some dolphins in the Pass. It's a fun way to spend an afternoon. Visit Clearwater Beach (Voted #1) and eat at one of the Frenchy's restaurants or Hooters, or your choice of many others. Check out the Sunset Celebration at Pier 60 (not that you can't have your own from the balcony of our condo). Visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin). Secluded Caladesi Island State Park (accessible only by ferry) has super shelling as well as dolphin sightings. The Greek community of Tarpon Springs (about 45 minutes north) has some great restaurants and bakeries - must bring home some baklava! Stroll the shops and historic docks there - once the sponge-fishing capital of the world - and sail with St. Nicholas Boat Line to see guys in old fashioned wet suits and bell shaped diving helmets snatch sponges from the ocean floor. Enjoy a round of Golf or Putt-Putt. Try parasailing. Charter a boat for fishing or rent a boat for leisure from the marina at the Holiday Inn. There are lots of other charters available also from John's Pass, Clearwater Beach, or Bay Pines Marina. Take in a game and support our local sports teams - Rays Baseball (GO RAYS!), Buccaneers Football, Lightning Hockey.

Tampa area attractions such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), International Mall, and Seminole Hard Rock Casino are all about a 45 minute drive.

Visit Derby Lane for some entertaining greyhound racing. Downtown St. Petersburg is a 30 minute drive. Visit the Dali Museum or Holocaust Museum, walk the waterfront and have dinner at one of many restaurants there. Our favorite is the Oyster Bar on Central Ave.

St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, about an hour drive, is a nice place to spend an afternoon shopping and eating (seems like that's what we do around here!). Ellenton Outlet Mall is on the way there.

Orlando area attractions (Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, etc.) are about a 90 minute drive. Check out the Blue Man Group or Cirque de Soleil while in Orlando. There are several outlet malls there also.

Or, partake of my favorite activities of all - RELAX IN THE HAMMOCK SWING ON THE BALCONY, IN A CHAIR AT THE BEACH UNDER THE UMBRELLA, OR ON A NOODLE IN THE POOL OR GULF! Don't forget to have your favorite frosty beverage in hand! Life is good!

WANT TO STAY LONGER? SPECIAL RATE FOR A 2 WEEK STAY IS $1850 per week or $3700 plus tax. Deposit is 50% of the agreed rental amount.

A $250 fully refundable security deposit is required from first time guests only.

CANCELLATION notice given at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than (60) days prior to arrival forfeit the full advance payment and/or deposit amount. No refunds will be given for cancellation (14) days or less prior to arrival.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
