This Place is a Gem!

Cute, clean, and quaint! The condo was very clean, very accommodating, and the location couldn’t have been any better! Being able to walk out right onto the waterway was so awesome! We saw boaters, paddle boarders, lots of wildlife including a dolphin! We truly enjoyed ourselves on Anna Maria, and this condo made the experience even better. Thank you for such an inviting and comfortable place to stay!

Great get away

Beyond my expectation is the best way to describe this property and owner. Quick and friendly response to questions, accommodations that were above expectation, location on the island was perfect. My new favorite place and one I plan to return to.

❤️We fell in love with Anna Maria Island 10 years ago. It is our happy place. We loved it so much we got married at Roser Chapel right next door to the Bayou and had our reception at the Sandbar. Rain or shine the Anna Maria Island vibe is addicting.

🌅Our fave thing to do is walk "the loop" at sunset. We made up the term, the route takes you on a 2.5-mile beach walk around the island and ending at the Sandbar restaurant for a sunset happy hour. 🍹

Why they chose this property

The location of this property is one of the most desirable on the island. You can park your car and don't get in it again until it is time to go home. We bought the property in 2015 and completely renovated it adding a 2nd bath - we have one of the only units in the bayou with 2 full baths. The interior details, materials, and fixtures are equivalent to those used in multi-million luxury homes found in Disney's Golden Oak. My husband Don is one of the select luxury builders in Celebration, Fl, and Disney's Golden Oak.

There is a boat slip outback. Bring a fishing rod, bay boat, kayak, or paddleboard - or rent them.

What makes this property unique

If you are looking for a place to exhale, relax and have a digital detox - this is your perfect escape from reality.
If you need to do a little work from home in between, we have the highest-speed wifi available to get your work done fast and head back to the beach.
I like to bring my yoga mat to the dock and sunset or sunrise and do some sun salutations.
