The gateway to Britain, the house, located in a large garden and equipped for 6 persons welcomes you. Your pets are welcome if they are clean and well behaved. You will be close to the historical center of Vitre, hiking trails, the nautical base of Haute Vilaine, on the banks of the river, the 18 hole golf course and not far from major tourist attractions of the region.
The house was built in 2015 to the current energy saving standards. It is ergonomic and perfectly isolated.
The shutters are electric, the frames are high quality PVC, with double glazing.
The interior and exterior paint are new as is the whole house (bathroom, kitchen, taps, shower, wash stands, tiled floors and wooden floors, ...)
The house is located close to the historic center of Vitre. It is built in a housing development, made up of individual houses surrounded by a large garden (2600 m²). It is served by a private street, closed by a remote controlled electric gate and has, itself, a private garden (316 sqm).
The main shopping (hypermarket, food shops, bookstores and newsagents, tobacco and electronic cigarettes, computer troubleshooting, pharmacy, etc ...) are nearby (one to two kilometers).

The house is on two levels: a ground garden, topped by a floor. It has four rooms including three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two bunk beds). The sleeping possibilities and furnishings are provided for six people.
A garage is available, as well as an outdoor parking space within the grounds of the property.
On the garden, it has an entrance, a living room with integrated kitchen, a master suite (bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower) and separate WC.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a hallway, separate WC and a bathroom with bathtub.
It is located in a park of 2600 m² and has a private garden with trees, with an area of 316 m².
Occupants have access, in season, to a private, non-chlorinated swimming pool, of good size (11.40 m X 4.50 m). This pool, covered and heated from May 1 to October 30, is shared with the occupants of the house next door. It has the safety standards currently in force (electric shutters and secure shelter with a lockable). Its use by minors, is the responsibility of parents. Of course, pets are not allowed in the pool.
The floors are tiled in the entry, living room, kitchen part, toilet and shower and bath. They are parquet in the bedrooms and the release of the first floor. The walls and ceilings are painted white.
The master suite on the ground floor has a window facing north east. It has a double bed (140 x 190) with box spring and mattress quality bultex, a dresser, two nightstands, two teak chairs and a closet. It is extended by a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit with drawers and mirror, and a towel radiator.
The two bedrooms on the 1st floor gives the North West, for most West and South, for the other. They are respectively equipped with:

The first floor of the bathroom is equipped with bathtub, vanity with drawers and mirror, and a towel radiator. It has a high window with opaque glass (display at the North West)
The living room has a bay window opening (facing south west) overlooking the terrace and garden. It is furnished with:
- Leather sofa, two matching armchairs and a coffee table,
- 6 wooden chairs, mulched,
- Wooden table that seats eight guests,
- Small support unit.
The kitchen, integrated in the living room, also has an opening picture window (facing south east) overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with a work area with stainless steel sink and bench, cupboards, a ceramic plate vitro, oven, a host, a microwave oven, etc. ...
Six pillows (60 X 60), two quilts and two 140 X 200 X 200 200 quilts are provided. Each bed is further equipped with a drawsheet. Renters must bring their own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases ...) and towels (towels, bathrobes, ...)
Heating is provided by wall electric heaters ceramic (thermostatic) bonded to an energy manager.
