'Peace and quiet and open air', as the song goes, truly describe both this elegant condo-townhouse and the trendy neighborhood.
Your townhouse was built in 2005 and ready for occupancy in 2006. Since then, it has been rarely used by the pretty owner who has three other homes. The house is fully furnished with brand new furniture from Pottery Barn and Ethan Allen. The owner herself is meticulous about cleanliness and high quality materials. You would find everything in the house catering to your own discriminating taste as well. The owner is confident that you will experience the same serenity and comfort in this lovely and cozy shangri-la, which is her own occasional sanctuary from her busy schedules.
Directions: Five minutes by car or cab from John Wayne Airport (SNA)
Forty minutes by car or cab from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Halfway between San Diego and Downtown Los Angeles.
All major Southern California Attractions( Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, Knotts's Berry Farm) are within one hour drive.
Fifteen minutes by car from Disneyland and the Beaches(Newport Beach, Laguna Beach)

Would gladly stay at Serenity again
The lead story is that we would gladly stay here again.
Our two families of 4 stayed comfortably (four adults, two young teenagers, two pre-schoolers). The unit appeared exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything was clean, fresh, and inviting, including the the bed linens and bath towels. Modern kitchen appliances, and proper cookware, tableware, and cooking utensils made preparing meals and dining easy. The modern washer and dryer were efficient and the iron and ironing board were appreciated. Bathrooms were stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, liquid bath soap, liquid hand soap, cotton swabs, makeup removal pads, hair dryers, and bathroom tissue.
We were able to fit our two compact SUVs in the garage via tandem parking. On street parking is also available.
The Quail Hill neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located about 1/3 mile from a shopping plaza with a full service supermarket, pharmacy, bank, gas station, and restaurants. We enjoyed the association's gym and pool as well.
Finally, the owner is a class act. She clearly takes pride in the unit and the comfort and happiness of her guests. Before the stay she communicated by email, and during the stay she was very responsive to text messaging. We encountered no problems.
Thank you for your impressive review of Serenity. You describe it exactly as I would want my townhouse to be for myself. I travel quite extensively to Europe and I observe how rental homes are: the location, amenities and most important, the positive vibe therein. This last is the scent of the love the owner leaves as she prepares the unit for the coming guests. And I just love Serenity. And this explains why you felt at home in there.
Thank you for your description of me as a "class act". I think you must have figured it by the way I arranged everything in the house. I just want my guests to feel the comfort, the peace, the security and the classy atmosphere that they deserve. While my friends see me the way you do, I feel more at ease to refer your description to Serenity than to myself. However, I do appreciate it.
It was unfortunate that I missed meeting your family when I brought the goodies, which I always do to my guests.

Great location for exploring SoCal!
We enjoyed this rental to the fullest. The neighborhood is pristine, safe and beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool area, playgrounds, walking trails and watching soccer games at the adjacent field. We used this rental as home base for a series of day trips to Joshua Tree, Hollywood, La Brea Tar Pits, Legoland, Santa Monica Pier, Huntington and Newport Beach, as well as the Great Park in Irvine. The condo was ideal for our group, with stocked bathrooms, fluffy linens, comfy beds, a great layout for meal prep while visiting, a designated office space, great laundry facility, just such a beautiful place. Esperanza even dropped off a box of pastries during our stay. We highly recommend Serenity!!
Thank you very much for taking the time to write a beautiful review for SERENITY...this is my only way for others to know the existence of a vacation house that is safe and comfortable, I personally decorate the house because I want all the guests to feel that they are in a hotel yet very homey.

Well stocked beautiful condo. Very comfortable. I did not meet the owners but they seemed really cooperative in the little communication that we had. They allowed us to check in early and check out late without any hasssel. The only concern that we had was the presence of spiders and cob webs all over, especially in the living room and closets.
I appreciate the compliments given by our guest, as I have always received 5 star ratings from all previous renters. I must contest, however, the observation of "the presence of spiders and cobwebs all over, especially in the living room and closets". This is an exaggerated declaration. After the guest had emailed me about the cobwebs, I instructed our cleaners to do a thorough "seek and destroy" mission. They did not find any in the cabinets and closets. They saw one in the living room, high in the ceiling. The guest will bear me out that the it is a high ceiling, what is called a "cathedral ceiling" (usually about 18 feet or, to quote from a construction expert "Four feet higher than the tallest ladder can reach"). It is unfortunate that our recent guest has made this unusual and I must repeat, exaggerated claim. This is absolutely the first complaint - since I began 10 years ago - that I have received such negative observation and it is understandable that I am not happy.
I send this defense so that other prospective renters would not be turned off by the observation, which in fact is not true at all, because one is not the same as all over.
Everything you need
This home away from home was a clean and nicely furnished condo, with comfortable bedding and a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed items. The location is great - close to the freeway and Irvine Spectrum. Thank you Espie for your hospitality.

Your house is idyllically located in the classy city of Irvine which is also the business center of Orange County. It is a short distance to South Coast Plaza, San Juan Capistrano, The Segerstrom Concert Hall and the high-end Newport Beach. In the village community shopping Center, which is walking distance from the house, are restaurants, a bank, cleaners, pharmacy, gas station, etc. You can enjoy the amenities - exclusively for residents - of a gated large swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills and gym. You will be provided with a key for your free access. In the Community Park, you can play tennis and basketball or watch your kids play soccer or softball. You can bike or do your jogging exercise. There are many other restaurants, malls, movie houses, performing arts center and museums within a short distance. Other Activities: Shopping, Health/Beauty Spa

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS My Townhouse SERENITY is located at 129 STEPPING STONE, IRVINE CA 92603, USA My cell phone Number is (562)761-8458 1. CHECK-IN/OUT TIME is 3:00 pm PST and check out is at 10:00 am PST. Please make arrangement if you need to book early check in. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Refundable deposit will be forfeited if evidence of smoking is detected. 3. PETS are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within (7) days of booking the reservation. If by the end of the 7th day, it is not received, your reservation is not confirmed. You will receive an email confirming receipt of deposit funds. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (10) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. • No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • All keys are left on the kitchen or coffee table and unit is left locked. • All charges accrued during stay are paid prior to departure. • No linens are lost or damaged. • NO early check-in or late check-out, unless arranged in advance. • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner ),the local law enforcement, the security company employed by my Complex.
