Charming Cape home with all the amenities and a lovely large yard offers guests a wonderful, relaxed way to vacation! Located on a quiet cul de sac approximately 200 feet to the beach on the south side of the Cape, where the water is warmer, this location is unbeatable. There's no more need to load sandy people or gear into your car at the end of the day, or to pay parking fees at the beach lots - simply walk back and forth from beach to home as you wish! A popular restaurant overlooking another beach with swing sets and a gazebo is just as close. Catch the beach breezes as you relax in the large backyard under the scattered trees. Bikers, walkers and runners can take advantage of the Cape’s rail trail or leave from the house and explore the back roads of the area. Should your stay include a cloudy day or two, the house comes with cable, internet, two televisions and a DVD player, and offers a comfortable place to read, play games or plan your day exploring the many area attractions.

Why Elizabeth Saich chose South Yarmouth
Liz's family has been on this street for nearly 50 years. This is one of a very few houses in the area to have a large shady backyard and be so close to the ocean so when the opportunity came to buy the property, various members of the family joined together to do so. Now it is a celebration of family, lazy summer days and sandy toes that we are happy to share with you!

Loved the house and the location
This house is clean, spacious and cute. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought in to how it is stocked and decorated. It is well-maintained.
Our favorite things about the house were outdoors. We enjoyed the large yard, the hammock, and the outdoor shower because we had a very hot week. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We enjoyed eating out on the breezeway and the patio. It was nice that there was a TV with cable and a DVD player. We even took advantage of a book on the shelves and one of many games on hand.
The location was wonderful. Close to the beach and away from the traffic. We didn't feel that we had to pack up everything to go to the beach, because it took just 3 minutes to walk back to eat or whatever. No need to pay for parking either. They had beach chairs available, so we didn't have to find room in our car for them.
We enjoyed the Skipper Restaurant and the views from there. Also Seaview beach and the beautiful sun rises.
A couple of restaurants we were disappointed with included Giardinos and the Pancake Man.
Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with and answered all my many questions before and after booking.
I would recommend this property to others.
Come and enjoy the best the Cape has to offer! The house is located on a dead end street that opens up across form the beach - it's the best of both worlds. A private, shaded back yard on a quiet street, with the beachv just around the corner. Spend your days at the beach, or in the hammock in the backyard. Fire up the grill for dinner, or walk to the Skipper Restaurant instead. Don't feel like waiting? Place an order for pickup and walk it back to the house to enjoy on the back deck, still piping hot. You could always walk back to the Skipper for after dinner ice cream or drinks, or walk past it to go to Parkers River Beach where you can push the kids on the swings, or help them build a sand castle as the sun goes down. Need a break from the beach? The house is stocked with board games, books, cable tv and comfortable spaces to gather with your family and friends. If you want to venture out, the house is conveniently located to many activities, for all ages! The kids will love exploring Cape Cod Inflatable Park, playing minigolf at Pirate's Cove, bowling at Ryan Family Amusements, biking along the rail trail, or jumping at Jump On Us Trampolines. Adults will enjoy those as well or, for more of an adults-only flavor, shopping in Hyannis or Chatham, antiquing along Rt 6A, or exploring any of the local historic sites and museums would make for a perfect day. Come and enjoy the best that Cape Cod has to offer!
