This condo has been elegantly decorated by one of the most famous interior decorators in Maui with custom furniture and artwork throughout the unit. Totally renovated.

Located on the 4th floor. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the Lanai and gorgeous tropical and mountain views from east side. Very private, no one can look into your Lanai or inside the condo.

Fully equipped kitchen, large Flat Screen High Definition TV, King Size bed + sofa bed. Very private.

We provide beach/picnic supplies and toys so that you don't have to spend any money on these items during your stays.

Beachfront swimming pool, fitness and massage center, beauty salon, and the beautiful beach. Fine shops, galleries, and restaurants are located in nearby Whaler's Village.

High speed internet connection. Business center in Lobby. Shared laundry facility on the same floor.

Great place to stay, and very close to the beach!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and we loved it! The place was surprisingly roomy, the whole place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We took a trip with a group of friends, and while everyone else decided to stay at a resort nearby, we chose this place instead. We saved a great deal of money staying here, AND our place was bigger than our friends' rooms! On top of that, Fred supplies a few extra things to make the experience even better, including a cooler and boogie boards, both of which we used on the trip. We did not end up using the full kitchen much, but it was still great to have access to. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Place to Stay For Our Honeymoon!

This room was clean, a nice size, well stocked, and provided us with beautiful views of both the mountains and the ocean. It is within walking distance to the pool/hot tub, the beach, and Whaler's Village (shopping and dining.) Check in was simple, and no different then checking into a hotel, and we were able to enjoy all of the amenities offered by The Whaler. One thing that we had read about here, and were worried about was the sounds of construction from a project (new restaurant) being built at Whaler's Village, but the sound was only in the middle of the day, and it was not significant at all. Birds in the morning were much louder! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Whaler 465,, the condo was very nice,, well equipped had everything we needed, plus some extras such as cooler, beach chairs etc, unit very clean and a nice view,, I thought the Whaler was an awesome property people were extremely friendly and helpful,, I liked working with Fred,, he made the booking process very easy,, I cannot wait to return...

40th Anniversary Trip

The condo was immaculate, the pictures truly represent the condo, and you can book knowing what you see is what you will get. The condo is beautifully furnished, flooring appears to be new, and the kitchen is stocked to do everyday cooking, if so inclined. Check in at the front desk went smoothly, our suitcases were brought to the condo, and we took advantage of the valet parking. The washing machines and dryers are free to use and located within feet of the condo.

There is construction at the neighboring Whaler Village. Yes, there is a little noise from time to time during working hours. If that interferes with the beauty of the ocean and mountains, you may want to wait until construction is over. We had absolutely no problems with noise and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony.

The condo is about a half hour from the airport and it is a beautiful drive. We stopped at Costco before going to the condo and again to fill the tank before dropping off the car. Gas prices at the Costco were less than we pay in PA. Costco has delicious,fresh sushi and some items typically Hawaiian that we have never seen in our local Costco.

The condo is centrally located to many of the sites of Maui. We spent a lot of time exploring, but there is plenty to do in the immediate area. We were a little disappointed in Front Street. We heard so much about the little shops and restaurants, but found it next to impossible to find a place to park. We solved the problem by parking at Hilo Hattie and walking. Pick a nice day, take a stroll. and enjoy the eclectic shops, and delicious food. If you spend $15.00 at Hilo Hattie (we bought the grandkids t shirts) they stamp your parking ticket and parking is free.

The beach was never overly crowded. The Whaler has chairs you can use free of charge. There is also a stand where you can pay for an umbrella. The stand takes their umbrellas at 5:00, but by that time the sun is setting and you really don't need the umbrella.

Booking on VRBO is always a risk. In the case of this condo, there is no risk. You can book with confidence that you will have the perfect condo, in the perfect location, on a beautiful island.

surrounded by noise

This unit. Is 100 ' from the whaler village shopping center air conditioner. The ac is loud enough to prevent conversations or the use of the lanai. No sunsets for us.

In addition, there is heavy equipment and construction, noise, workers (privacy issue) within a 100 ' of the unit. If you are deaf, have fun. If not beware
