About Glenn Cooper
I am French and American. I lived in New York before moving to Paris. I have lived in Lisbon since 2013. I love sharing my city with my guests, and I will be happy about offering advice about things to do and places to eat or drink, as well as some good tips to enjoy the most your stay in Lisbon.

Why Glenn Cooper chose Lisbon Old Town
I left Paris and chose Lisbon. I decided to live in this place, in the heart of Principe Real/Bairro Alto. This district offers a central location close to everything Lisbon offers. It is very quiet, and there are a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Especially, you will find beauty and history wherever you go.
What makes this Apartment unique
It boasts a central, quiet location, easily accessible to everything Lisbon offers. It is close to all restaurants, cafes, and nightclubs.

Check in and out was quick and easy, the apartment is fairly tight and comfortably accommodates two people, and there are two bathrooms (one is much smaller than the other and would not be comfortable for a bigger person. The smaller bathroom was also draining slower than other apartments I've stayed in in Europe, but Glenn got it fixed within 24 hours after I had contacted him about it. Glenn is very good about responding to inquiries in a timely manner). Our front door was left wide open after our shower drain was cleared, which we were not pleased about. Fortunately, none of our belongings were touched. It's three narrow flights of stairs up to the apartment, so if you have joint or mobility issues, this many not be the place for you. Finally, we've seen cleaner apartments, but overall this apartment was satisfactory.
Very compact, but very comfortable in a great area.
The apartment is in a little side street in an area full of character and life. It is small, too small I think for 4 people, but excellent for the two of us. Lovely comfy beds!
Xana, our greeter, was a treasure, with lots of helpful advice and a cheerful smile whenever we saw her.
From the apartment we were able to walk to a lot of the major sites and were also able to explore our own lively, bustling area with its mix of small groceries, fruit and veg shops, antique shops, corner cafes and at the top of the Main Street, the Botanical Gardens. We could also walk down to the waterside in about 15 mins.
A great place to stay, where we were able to get a real taste of Lisbon life. What a wonderful city - it fully lived up to the good reports we had received from other visitors.
So glad we found this apartment, amongst the thousands on offer.
A delight visit
We really enjoyed discovering this area of Lisbon. The apartment was lovely. Compact and comfy. The owner was responsive to our needs. We loved the nearby parks, and splendid variety of restaurants, including Eggsellent for breakfast (amazing coffee) and A Cevicheria, where we dined twice.
Accommodation perfect for our needs

Although the apartment was smaller than we expected, it worked out very well.
Very comfortable and well equipped! And, the location was excellent.
My apartment complex is located in the heart of Principe Real/Bairro Alto, one of the most sought-after places in Lisbon. It boasts a central, quiet location, a few steps away from the city. All means of transport are located nearby. The area offers many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and small shops.
