It was great to be able to cook our own food. Have visitors and actually have a living room to welcome them. The place was clean and the beds very comfortable. The sofa was a hide-a-bed. Only problem there it had no linen for sofa bed. But my sister was coming in next day and she brought some with her. I had another sister using a cane to walk and the porch stairs were very difficult for her to climb without a hand rail. I brought it to manager's attention and were going to start working on them. The place was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, silverware. Just bring your own food if you wish to cook. All in all had great time there. My sisters and I go once a year to Tulia and have always stay in a hotel, this place was by far a lot better! Would definitely stay again if available next year.

We honestly loved the home, and the quietness after working long hours. It’s def a place to stay if you’re visiting the area or just there for work. Very homey, Apryll was very attentive and always available for our needs. I would def recommend booking with her!

Apryll was great to work with. Property has been recently updated on the outside. Owner mentioned she was in the process of getting new pics for VRBO. The home has been remodeled and perfect for our bird hunting trip. I have also earmarked this location as an overnight spot for family ski trips to Colorado, it would be perfect.
