Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel by Sep 6, 2023.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel by Sep 22, 2023.
- No refund if you cancel after Sep 22, 2023.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Maximum overnight guests: 42 in king bed 2 on floor mattress
Minimum age to rent: 25
No loud music, no rowdy behavior, no drugs/vaping. No people outside the group allowed including chefs. No emotional support animals due to allergies.
Issues must be reported at the time. Don't leave food or trash outside for wildlife. No cooking with heavy spices or curry. Exterior security camera.
One car limit for driveway. Rental contract needs to be signed. Extra cleaning fee will apply if cabin left in very dirty condition.
